I been doing since 2 weeks and i swear my arm are visibly toned and slim . First it got noticed by my family. It is working and i am going to continue it like this. In 5 years after so much struggle, this is first time that my arms are toned and slim . I do it every day! I am so happy!

EVERYONE this is not a joke i've tried A LOT of slim/lean arms exercises, even tried those 10M+ views vids but none of them worked, but this one yall it's effective! i've been doing this exercise for 6days, take note im not doing this everyday i have 1-2days break but u can still see the big changes! thank u so much for sharing this i will do try ur other exercises!!!!

Completed one month.. Before: Left arm - 13.5inches Right arm - 13 inches Now: Left arm - 12.9 inches Right arm - 12.5 inches So happy😍 going to continue the process

June 19, 2023 Day 1: ✅ my arms are burning as I finished the set., (i hope to achieve a great result by the end of the month.) Day 2 ✅ Alrights!!💪 Did this before going to bed this night (06/20/23) 😅 at least, I didn't skip this day😊 GO MJ!!🔥 Day 3 ✅ I finished the set and I feel amazing 😍 I'm really hoping for a great result after doing this for at least a month 😊❤️ Day 4 ❌I unfortunately skipped this day as I was away yesterday, I had a sleepover to make our Research and I had no time to do it😢🥲 Day 5✅ but I'm back on the track today😊 my arms still burn while doing these exercises and I think the result will gonna be lit🔥 Day 6 Please help me stay motivated guys 🙏

I did the full workout with only one break half way through, and this made me realize how strong my arms are!!! I barely feel anything from this, and could’ve gone all the way without a break. Thank you!!! :,)

Love this workout!! The flow of the exercises never caused my arms to burn and the results are amazing 😁 It also helped loosen up my left rotator cuff, which has been messed up for over a year now🎉

the applause at the end made me feel so proud of myself hahaha, the circles were the hardest part. had to take a little break here and there but I feel fulfilled and it went by so much faster than I expected due to the variety of exercises. thank you for this video!! (hoping I can keep up with this for at least a week)

just two weeks of doing this and WOW...I'm not even kidding. a lot of my arm fat was just gone. my collarbones are also well defined now...still trying to get rid of some stubborn armpit fat but I'm getting there. I'm not even on a special diet...JUST WOW!!!

Im in recovery period from my ACL injecctury , the surgency was 5 days ago and now im at home and was trying your workout for the very first time, but i like it very much, because im doing from my bed. That's the only opportunity for me, bc i can't stay on my legs but i wanna keep my body toned. Thanks dear

Tried this first time today. I never thought I would feel the burn with this workout since it has no weights but it's NOT! It is really far different when you are actually doing it than just watching it. Very helpful. Thank you!

I LOVE THIS WORKOUT!! not only does it burn but it also doesn’t overly tire me out that i need to take multiple breaks. granted i did a nina dapper workout for like two weeks but that only made my arms stronger not slimmer. i feel like this workout is the holy grail. i did this for the first time today, i’ll update if i see changes. if i don’t see any changes i might update with what happened to my arms other than getting slimmer, maybe they just got stronger idk but i have high hopes for this. try this workout guys it might just work

ok so after doing it for a few days my arms feel a little firm from the tricep part but they aren’t slim. like there is still fat so i’m going to do it till i can see differences

I just completed the workout for the 1st time.. I will say I thought it would be too easy cause I've always heard everyone say weights are the way to go but I tend to get discouraged when I cant compelte a set with weights so I decided to try without weights and work my way up to it. My arms were burning during this workout and will definitely become a daily addition to my workout. I could definitely see this making a difference with consistency.

🎀 starting this to check my progress: day 1: (5/27) completed ☑️ - the workout was not very intense at all, actually quite fun and you definitely feel the burn even with it only being less than 10 mins! I feel great, and ready to continue to this journey… (and you should too) 💖 day 2: (5/28) ☑️ -the burn definitely gets better along the way!! day 3: (5/29) ☑️ -i FEEL so much different idek how to explain it!!! i can also sense getting better with form on a few of these exercises and it feels good!

Doing this arm work out for a month now and oh my! i'm super happy with my results. Ps-i'm able to fit into my slim fit full shirts again & my arms looks a lot slimmer too( in pictures as well) :) Thank you.

hoy empiezo, mis brazos son delgados de la muñeca, pero en el antebrazo no me gusta nada, realmente son gruesos. Creo que miden: Derecho: 10 pulgadas Izquierdo: 10.5 pulgadas. Me mediré cada 7 días para notar los cambios. Día 1: ✅ Me cansé bastante, mis brazos no soportaron, pero logré acabar el ejercicio. Dia 2: ☑️ Listo, mis brszos se sinten cansados, pero lo logré. Starting this workout today and will update y'all on how it goes for me. Day 1: ✅ I took one break mid-workout and felt a good burn. My hands are shaking, but I hope it gets better. Day 2: ✅ Not much to update today. My hands were still aching from yesterday's workout, so today was a bit challenging, but I managed to push through Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ Day 5: ✅ I don't really see any visible changes but i lost 2 cm from my arms. 🥰 Day 6: took a break today Day 7: ✅ I can see some progress as I took just 1 break Day 8: ✅ I could complete this workout without any break today 🥳 so happy 🤩 Day 9: couldn’t do it today 😢

I love your short 10 to 15 min. videos - they work the whole body, and I can always find time to do exercises. I used to do the longer videos, but life always get in the way, but as I age, I find these short videos are great for flexibly. Thanks Kathy

I been doing this for 6 days now Day one:The burn is crazy I had to put my arms down 😂 2:no progress burns still 3:a little less wobbly and stuff 😂 Day 4:pretty much the same delt with the burn from now Day 5:yea it has a slight difference Day 6: finishes! Day 7:It definitely has slight changes

I would recommend to do this workout for about 2 weeks or even more if you want to challenge yourself!

Starting today, 1st April, and leaving a comment to keep track! Arms right now: 13.5 on both sides Day 1: Done! A bit difficult but I pushed through, arms feel a bit toned. Did it twice, once in the morning and then in the evening. Day 2: Done, but so difficult!

thank u Mizi for this workout!! at first it looks so easy to do but damn on first day i needed to stop n rest in the middle. on 2nd day i was able to do it without stop. its 5th day now and the backside of my arm started to get firmer, im so thankful to u❤

Obsessed with this! A great burn but didn't throw my touchy neck and shoulders out of place like most do! Plus I was able focus on pulling my abs in, keeping my ribs from splaying out and hips forward. It was like a good posture strengthening plus a safe arm workout. This is gonna be one of my new weekly go-tos! 🤩 THANK YOU

Wow! I felt and could actually see a difference after the first time that I tried this out! Thank you so much for putting this video out!! I was feeling discouraged about my flabby looking arms... I have tried other videos for the arms but this one really works...and fast!! Today is day three...and I'm feeling and looking better.

(I do a ten minute work out first, then this) 1st day: 3 breaks, it burned a lot. 2nd day: 1 break, it burned on the shoulders but it was easier 3rd day: no breaks!! it still burns on the shoulders but I did it, good luck on everyone's fitness journey, I wish the best for all of us

I didn’t expect to feel it this much 😯..! I kinda "just threw it in" as a bonus, but I was close to breaking point at some parts 🤭. What's so good about it is that you change the "posture" in the exercises, so the muscles get some rest before it's too difficult. The routine was easy to follow along as well, especially since I know a lot of the exercises from dumbell workouts. Thank you, for putting in the hard work, effort, and consideration to make this video for us 💐.
