I LOVE this game so much. It’s like gundam only slightly more grounded in reality. I know that’s really stupid to say when talking about giant mecha in any case but it feels like it rings more true in this game. You can’t just jump into a sentinel. There are steps that need to be taken and even then staying inside for more than a few minutes at a time will overload your brain. Which makes sense since you’re essentially controlling a second nervous system when your own brain can barely handle yours.

After finally looking up so much about this game, I just ordered my copy. So excited to play it now!

I am so glad I bought this game... it was my biggest surprise enjoyment of 2020 and my favourite game of the year after Fire Emblem: Three Houses.

I know this is most likely because of George Kamitani’s art style, but their in battle activations make them look like college students more so than high schoolers

I love the idea of swiping where your nanomachines were shot into you to activate your mecha absolutely awesome.

Not sure if anyone will see this, but if you haven't played it, MAJOR SPOILERS in dialog. It's a thick plot, though, so take that as another reason to play it, because this video displays just how smooth these animations look!

The reason why I love 13 sentinels not only because of the beautiful casting having Allegra Clark, Chris Hackney, Zach Aguilar, Cassandra Lee Morris, Billy Kametz (may he rest in peace) Kaiji Tang, Erica Mendez, and Christina Vee but the art style and the director which people don't know who he is Christian La Monte. He is the voice actor of Ignatz and Fire Emblem three houses but he also directed 13 sentinels, unicorn overlord, Fire Emblem three houses, shin megami tensei series and a bunch of other games literally on his behind the voice actors not only his direction for these games is good to godly tier with Atlus. I recommend you check out Chris Mayek interview with Christian La Monte because he is very sweet in the interview. He's also very funny especially if you go see Anime Impulse like the snack eating challenge with the Fire Emblem three houses voice actors. But yeah that's the reason why I love 13 sentinels always have a place in my heart ❤️.
