as a nutritionist i must add that vitex and vitamine E is also very important for hormonal imbalance. Vitex is good for balancing hormones and vitamine E fixes hot flashes and other symptoms. also adding to hypothyroidism ,iodine is more important than what mention here, because people with hypothyroidism like myself lack of iodine. Also, hypothyroidism is a caused by other problem, most of the times hypothyroidism is side effect of something else.most people have hashimoto that is why they have hypothyroidism. low b12 vitamine can also cause symptoms of a hypothyroidism.
