Just read that mega-dose B12 is linked to squamous-cell skin cancer. Did anyone out there see this? Excellent video. I am going to finf benfoti... tomorrow
I've been taking 5htp for 20 years. When I stop for even a few days ! I feel the blues rather fast .I did monitor up a d down doses ,a bit of experiment, to find that 400 MG was just right daily dose for keeping a good mood.
Bee pollen increases the blood flow to the brain and causes my dopamine levels to surge and it’s like a rush of adrenaline to my body. Love this bee pollen but you can only use it 30 days because it can cause an allergic response and cause your immune system to go haywire.
It's Parkinson's that's usually related with low dopamine, however there could also be a link with essential tremors. The research on this isn't bulletproof with tremors. 💚
Dopamine is a neurotransmitter that does a lot. It's most well known for improving motivation, drive and "zest for life". If you are low in dopamine because of dopamine burnout, you'll feel less motivated and be reaching for things like caffeine and stimulants to help you just get through the day. I've put together a simple list of ways to boost dopamine and the activity of dopamine receptors in the brain. If you like you can also use a good quality supplement to balance out many of the brain chemicals such as MindLabPro: www.mindlabpro.com/?a_aid=667bf5a54b917&a_bid=6d45f5c3 . All the best from Ryan & Hannah 💚
Camu Camu is a wonderful source of Vitamin C, but it's not one of the main things that boosts dopamine. It can however help to protect the brain against oxidative damage.
😊 Thanks Edit: If one uses screen time for viewing interesting , educational sites, the news, listening to music, documentaries or information ( like your's) etc, rather than non useful - does that also affect negatively on dopamine or just less a depletion level problem?
Yes, all activities that stimulate you affect dopamine. However, if you are calmly focusing on a video such as this, or reading a news article your not going to get a dopamine rush and therefore burnout. The problem is things like constantly unlocking your phone, checking behaviour, flicking from one post to the next on social media, bombarding your brain with stimulation, anxiously checking for notifications. If you are focused on one thing that tends to be fine. 💚
Oh, l'm good then - infact I intermittently switch notifications off as I don't want to be bothered while occupied by other things😅 Thanks for your detailed reply.
@@MPM6785ChitChatthank you for asking, I had that same question . I also listen to a lot of classical music on my tablet. Don’t use a phone and I don’t scroll .
Flax seeds only contain ALA, so not the active form of omega 3-s unfortunately. A maximum of 5% is converted to the active form DHA which is needed for the eyes.
From what I have studied, stress increases cortisol and then metalothinine. This can disrupt proper mineral including lowering magnesium and copper and increasing excess iron. Morley Robbins is quite insightful when it comes to minerals. His advice has helped my symptoms in a big way.
Dr. Thomas Levy former cardiologist says that Absorbic Acid is the element you need as it builds electrons in the body which fights inflammation so your information is incorrect
