100% agree with you Nic! I was wearing my buff on my run this morning, kicking myself for not having added it to this list. They're exceptional bits of kit, so easy to pack too 🙏

Cheers mate! For me, I am very picky about using poles. Only where there's tonnes of climbing like a mountain ultra, but I usually say no to them as they're more hassle to carry than the benefits they give. Always good to have the option though! Cheers fella 🙏
I love my new trail trainers. I would not buy waterproof ones because if I had deep puddles,I would want the water to drain out. ( had some soggy parkruns lately)
It sure does 😂 To be fair, some of these are more discretionary than others like the poles and the earphones but yeah you generally need more gear to stay safe and perform well in trail running in my opinion
