Dude. You just aren’t doing it right. Knocking doors works and it’s so easy. Just get outta your head. It don’t matter what state your in. Direct mail also works especially well for gated communities. I sent out 67 letters and got 18 responses back and I closed all of them and the neighbors that didn’t even reply back. It’s all about consistency and building trust.
