When you're 13, there was at LEAST 1 adult involved in her making the decision to take PEDs, whether she knew or agreed or not. That's not something she got from another 13 year old at school, it's not weed.

Not to mention, PEDs are expensive as fuck, unless she's some Russian politic princess, with a daddy that never checks her spending (all though this does happen sometimes), there is no way she was able to get PEDs by herself as a13 year old. This was one hundred percent brought to her by family or her coaching staff, and SHAME on them for introducing PEDs to a girl in just the early stages of puberty.

If you want to see an impressive bench, look up Jen Thompson. 48 years old, 67.5 kg weight class putting up 320 lb. It's a beautiful bench. Her arch isn't reaching the heavens either. Not matters in the rules, it's just less impressive when you move the bar 2 inches. The rules of powerlifting are a little different in each federation. For USAPL, a drug-tested federation, for a bench press to count you need to have you butt and head touching the bench, feet flat on the ground, and listen to the commands which includes the press command that is given once the bar stops movement on your chest so you are not using momentum to move that bar.

Maybe this is just me but that whole "insanely arched back and legs back so you're barely moving the bar a few inches" has never counted for me. I guess it's "technically" correct but looks ridiculous. Her only proper bench was the 203pounds at a later age. I just hit 335pounds as a 1 rep max with appropriate form and am damn proud of that after 10 years of hard training at 185 pounds. If I was doing this "arch" I'd be at an easy 400+, it barely moves.

Exactly my bench would be 400 plus if i did an arch like that. I never agreed with the arch i will give her a pass she was a girl and a kid but still not really pro bench worthy. But i knew PEDs was involved (Females lack the amount of testetosterone Men have)

@roberthuman8091
@roberthuman8091 2 года назад
You could absolutely hit 215. It’s easy. Whatever weight you can bench press for sets of 10 reps, add 5 lbs to it, and do reps with that until you are strong enough to hit sets of ten. Repeat that process as much as you want to, eventually you’ll try 215, even 225, and get at least one rep. Hell I used to struggle with 170 lbs, but slowly over time, I progressed to 205 for reps, and even double repping 225. This is all very attainable. Maybe we didn’t have the genetics to do it at 14, but building muscle is just simple physics. Everyone can do it.

@@airlesscanvas2887 Bro if you just add 5 lbs to the bar whenever you’re able to hit sets of ten reps, you’ll eventually be bench pressing 225 and beyond. It’s a marathon, not a sprint. It will take time, so don’t be in a hurry. Be methodical, gradually add weight.

Those lifts wouldn't count at competitions I've been too. You have to touch your chest and hold until you are told to lift and your heels must touch the floor with your head, butt and shoulders on the bench at all times. You usually need 12 weeks to wash most drugs out, I'll lose a bit of peak power during that time especially as I would have to cut weight, I can keep most of my strength for quite a while because I know exactly what to use and how much. I've never used an injectable or a PCT, I waited until my mid 30's before taking anything as I didn't want to risk health issues while I was young.
