It is clear this house has a full basement, but in a hurricane, that would not be a particularly safe place to be if they are near a body of water.

The thing is, houses like this need land around it. No views of other homes. These away from the impressiveness of the house.

Love the house but it's in a very bad location for a house of this stature.

OK look at :55...the houses across the street...this house is out of place in that neighborhood...probably a McMansion someone can no longer afford
