I really think there are three main issues. 1. Companies hiring ppl to just fill a body. These ppl have no education in the field and have no ambition to be in the field. 2. Companies need to give them their employees the basics. Report Writing, use of force, crisis intervention, how and what to look for, Situational Awareness. 3. The clients need! To set the standard. Example- basic requirement have a Policing Diploma to work on your site just so that you know there is an interest in the job first and foremost.
