I'm not rich and I sure as hell don't have money to buy this property but 30 mil seems fair knowing how huge and beautiful this house is.. it even has an indoor huge ass gym, sounds fair
Master balcony needs a jacuzzi tub and fireplace in basement needs to be replaced by a wood or pellet burning stove for greater heat output. Heat in fireplaces goes straight up the chimney and basements in winter are freezers without proper heating.
I'd never be lonely there! After all, I'd have the company of housekeepers, security, groundskeepers, etc., etc. I'd have to kick most of them out by five, just for a few hours of peace and quiet! Besides, I think I could truly enjoy the loneliness of that dream estate.
Hokay . . . .guyssss, I am running out of sugar. Can anyone run to the nextdoor neighbour to borrow some. Or pay them a packet or something ? Wait a minute ? What do you mean we don't have neighbours ?
right now we 4 are living in a 1 bed apartment in new york where we are facing mouses issus i've already killed many mouses .when i see these videos very big luxury houses wt i think why in this world some one has lots of money and some has nothing or just a little bit .when my kids say to me mom we want big house we want back yard we want pool i feel bad
N Tor I could only imagine how expensive it is to live in NY. I like in Tennessee and it’s affordable. You can get a 2 bedroom apartment for under $900
hey,, please try not to feel bad about not having a lot of luxury for your kids, it is something that you cannot control. I know that once they get older they will understand :) my mum basically did the same thing and I respect her so much for putting up with it. Just keep going and go one step at a time. Love from Australia
Sending good vibes and warm wishes to you... I am sure when your kids grow up they would realize that a small apartment, family and rat issue was the best time of their life.. Okay may be not the rats but having small is not bad.. Having empty is the real issue.. Bless u
