I like how the house size is still big but considerately moderate and practical in comparison to those super mega mansions. The large lands are all left to outdoor pool and yard, I can shelter a lot of stray cats and dogs with this. My dream house type as long as not too much million dollars overpriced.
Agree with you on that! It's unfortunate that there are mega mansions with a rather small backyard. I prefer this property as the backyard is utilized in every way -- there's a pool, a mini forest with a gazebo, a man-made pond, and a landscaped area with lots of flowers/plants. A stunning property indeed! Oh, to have the money to own this! :D :D
@luvluca toni It helps to visual what you want, but then you have to put together a plan to make it happen. What are you willing to do? What are you willing to sacrifice in the short term for a long term goal? If you sit around wishing then it will remain wishes.

Why do people ALWAYS ask god for monetary gain? He rewards you with a rich sole, riches that can be used after death. Not something like this. Only will hard work, a sense of adventure and ingenious spirit help you gain this, not God. He will help you keep your spirits in tact as you proceed to gain this... sigh...

@@gabrielamamani2093 Exactly. We maybe paying more than Americans in taxes but we get free healthcare, I'd hate to be stuck with ten's of thousands of dollars in medical bills. I know the privilege of free healthcare because my dad had a bypass surgery, gallstone removal and kidney stone removal done without having to pay a penny. At the end of the day it's just about our mindset. We are what we think.
This house is just money draining machine, try to imagine how much it cost to properly maintain it and don't forget a TAX which in this case wold be probably 20 grand a year, simply to say to own this house it cost a fortune.
@@Notorious40z Absolutely correct and in fact if you can buy this house, which is in fact 3 milion or so, and don't have a mortgage than every other maintenance expense shouldn't be big issue.

Gorgeous but far too big for just my husband and I. Lots of work keeping those lovely gardens in order. Lovely light fittings, flooring and kitchen. Absolutely love the high skirting boards etc. Weird how lots of American/Canadian houses don’t have curtains/drapes in the bedrooms. I can’t sleep without blackout curtains once the sun comes up.
@@mariaa3547 Maria is right. Those who do not think this need to stop spending time in the rich neighbourhoods, and see what Canada really is. There are a lot of very poor people who work multiple jobs and still can't afford to pay bills and eat regularly.
There are quite some houses like this one even bigger in this area but don't full yourself this is big, big cookie and you better have monthly income above 100 grand if you would like to maintain and live in it because whatever is to be repaired it cost a fortune!!!!
These are the houses that famous people buy. Prince had one where all the mansions are Bayview and Lawrence near Sunnybrook. The Rolling Stones have one in Vaughan as well as the Movie Director Cameron??? The one that did Moonstruck. Lots of famous people too many to list lol
