Wow nice just completed this workout! I would like to ask why my neck felt “stress” when I was doing the arms exercises between 4:21-8:00 minutes? My chiropractor used to tell me do not raise my arms straight up to avoid neck injuries... what’s your thoughts about this? Thanks Coffee! (I was using 1.5kg each arm)
I could not even do the crow style, but I will work hard for it because practice makes perfect! Thank you so much, Coffee! I feel more confident and happier nowadays!
