@@zo-lu8sy hi....I read somewhere that if u r trying to lose weight there is no need to cut all carbs and follow strict diet....u just gotta cut 25% to 30% of ur daily diet and also prevent sugar and fried foods.U can notice results after doing workout and following this diet 😊All the best!👍

Okay, so this workout actually works. I have shredded 2 inches in my lower belly in 15 days. I was not exactly measuring in the first week, as I mostly do workouts to keep me active and fit. But after one week, I was like what the hell let's measure and check if it was actually cutting some inches. Turns out it does help to tone down the lower body if you religiously do it for 14 days. However, along with this, I was drinking two liters of water every single day although I was not on any particular diet and was also doing Lucy's 1000 steps at home. Probably the culmination of all which I saw in the result. Thanks to Roberta's gym for creating these awesome and strategic workout videos. In one single video, they add cardio, strength, and all you need. I hope this comes useful to those who are trying this now. Having said that, also want to say workout, and burning those unwanted fats should be a fun process, not to beat yourself up if you are not seeing your desired results in a couple of days. Hey all , Here is my update Day 1 - April 21, 2024= I spent total 3-4 hours to complete the whole workout as my body was aching due to movement after so long. But I felt good, it gave me a sense of accomplishment today which I was looking for recent times in my life. hope to see you all tomorrow

This exercise definable increased my stamina ..I feel energetic..the exercise i couldn't even do half on 1st day,on 3rd day I did them completely..didn't see a weight decrease till 2weeks but will continue to see how it goes

I know No ones gonna see this but I’m gonna do this for the 14 days and post my results if it works. You don’t have to like but I’ll probs be more inclined to do it if at least one person is interested. 😅 Day 1: So, I've just completed today's work out and I'm heavily sweating which means it must have done something, right? :) I started at 8am and it is now 8:52 as I am typing this so Imma count this as an hour long workout. Keep in mind that i am doing intermittent fasting during this (20/4) and doubling the amount of times I do each individual exercise ( except for those planks and split jumps... whew!) so my outcome may be different to yours. I might do it again this evening if I'm bothered. I'll make sure to post if i do. Fighting! Day 2: Ok, so I've finished today's workout, still doubled every exercise but this time a skipped the planks because I simply couldn't do them. Started at 8:10 today and finished at 9. I'm seeing an improved as now I am able to do the split jumps with ease.:) I have pretty bad pain in my thighs so l know it's working, I'll try to keep my diet under 200 calories to make sure it works properly. Fighting! Day 3: Done today's exercise and l have to say that my thighs are in EXCRUCIATING pain! The pain has been progressively worse and although I'm far from being bed ridden simply squatting down to use the toilet is a bit painful. But I have to say that after the workout my muscles feel a bit better and more relaxed and I am not as out of breath and only have medium sweat and am not dripping wet like at the start. I'm still doubling the excercises and skipping the planks but I've been eating very little and very clean:) I feel great. FIGHTING! Day 4: I'm sorry but I won't be doing the exercise today as I can no longer squat down or go up the stairs two steps at a time without feeling pain lmao. I''ll carry on from tomorrow and do an extra day as well. Update: So my legs are feeling ALOT better now (its around 6pm) and I felt reaally guilty about not doing the exercise (and eating nearly 800 calories because I'm a fat pig) so I went on a mile long walk in the morning and am now going on an 8 mile walk with my Dad.:) Fighting! Day 5: Just went on a 2 mile walk this morning and I'm now going to do the exercise (still doubling them and skipping those planks though!) I am beginning to see a difference in my thighs. As in there is more of a shape to them and I can feel that my thigh muscles are harder! :) FIGH- I do not condone violence.
I m doing this workout from past 15 days..with little diet change and intermittent fasting i reduced 2 kilos..i was 59 before ..now i m 57..as i m a short women my target is 50.. still a way more to go👍..all the best to all to reach their respective targets 👍
21:23 I'm an epileptic person also dealing with depression and anxiety but i need a glow up. I felt like dying doing a single move but I'm so proud to say i completed it ALL ( had some breakdowns but i still completed it all) and it's not too hard bc we can have rest time's. I feel happy. @@shahzadiakter1560 Just avoid eating raw suger and anything contains suger...Instead of that you can take a spoon full of honey or jaggery.. And make sure you have done with your dinner within 10pm..try to stay active all day long and eat 7/8 glasses of water in a day..that's all
Day 1✔ No visible changes but felt much energetic throughout the day Day 2✔ Thigh region was paining a lot still got the courage to get up and perform the workout.Slight change in thighs. Day 3✔ Had lot of leg ache previous day...Gave myself an oil massage and warm water bath...Today the pain is bit less...Still continued the workout...Slight changes observed in belly and thighs. [Note: I forgot to say along with this exercise I also jog at one place for 20min and in the evening I go for a walk of approx 3km] Day 4✔:Successfully done. Less body ache compared to previous 3days. Curves are noticable. Day 5✔ Completed it without any problem Day 6✔ Completed the task and measured my weight. Earlier I weighed 86kgs and today its 82.35kg...Hurray....My target is 60kg

I am doing it and its my day 5, i can already feel the results. On the first day it was hell difficult to continue, but somehow i remain continued. It was hell soreness and pain in muscles, i wasn't able to walk as it felt that my muscle fibres have broken and healing. Anyway i have continued it and today i felt less pain in my body, 0:02 my body is becoming flexible, i am now completing my attempts with improved stamina. I am getting good feeling that Insha'Allah I'll see the visible results if I'll continue ❤

I really recommend doing this exercise. Before starting exercise my belly was 42 inch and after doing this exercise for 14 days my belly was 39 inch. In just 14 days I lost 3 inch on my belly. I m so happy 😂😂😂

I doing this for 2-3 weeks without changing my food (but I don't eat snacks during this weeks) my belly is more slimmer! Even it's not much, I guess I must do it for another month! So I recommend you to do this! It's really help!

Hi, S12A022-CS Samruddhi More. It sure is hard. If you find the routines hard to do I suggest that you do it on a daily basis, gradually, until you pick up your pace and you learn to do it with ease. Started this workout today and will continue for the whole 14 days challenge. I am a little bit sceptical because there are big breaks in between exercises and low repetitions. Giving it a chance though and hope to see results 💪🏻👍🏼 I’ve noticed a few people in comments saying they will update with progress but it seems they give up after writing the comment! I don’t give up and I’m putting trust in this working. I also eat healthily and doing 30 min daily ab workout on another channel. 😊
You got this, lexxxylee! Results differ depending on things like on your current weight, height, age, gender, and metabolism and how hard you train. Okay guys starting this workout today and I’ll continue to update for a month I’m 15 years old amd 5”6 but i am overweight so here we go 😊 Week 1 Day 1 : 💚 I was only able to do 25 mins of it 😭 hopefully tomorrow I’ll try to do the whole thing. Day 2 : 💚 I did the whole thing lol but I couldn’t do both the planks so I replaced them with a 1 minute normal plank and 20 mountain climbers. Day 3 : Day 4 : Day 5 : Day 6 : Day 7 : Week 2
