I have decision paralysis which I'm working on. I'm working on trusting myself to make good decisions. So it's very interesting to see a list of decisions you will never regret.
Just as your parents cannot pick 'you' in regard to how you turn out....you cannot pick your parents. BUT, you can pick your in-laws...they come with the territory in your mate selection.
People love to take advantage of me this is something I’ve put a stop to. I’ve started putting myself first because I’ve always put everyone else first . Kindness makes this world beautiful.
Being kind to yourself is in a way the best gift you can give the rest of the world, if you love yourself then your capable of loving everyone else. How you treat yourself is a reflection of how you treat others.
@@frannycabana143 This is a bit exagerated to me. You don't have to love yourself to love others. Of course if you are constantly hating yourself you are paralised. But I don't find myself the most important thing in life. I even love my dog much more than myself and my granddad was much more intelligent and interesting than In am. STRANGE? NOT AT ALL❗😁
@@natasjaverhofstadt6854 In my life specifically, loving my self n taking care of my self was important to my loved ones n I ignored it. It truly is a loop. To know how someone can truly feel about you, it would make you sacrifice anything to see them happy, I know that feeling you have towards your loved ones is reciprocated back to you , that is the eternal, the unconditional, the simplicity of love.
Reflecting on the past is not a bad thing, especially if its worth reflecting on. When I'm going through unhappy times, I just balance into those beautiful times of the past. Thanks BRAINY DOSE. One ❤️
When you're young, you feel like you have all the time in the world. But as life goes on, you start to regret more and more of your decisions because you realize that there are only so many opportunities to do what really matters.😘

Very nice. I would add to give yourself a mental high five for a job well done. Whether it’s some dishes, leaving a clean sink for the morning, a quiet half hour of yoga or meditation or anything quiet and just yours. Not have to do anything else. You will be more focused, efficient, and kind and easy for the rest of your day. A sound investment.
Moving in together has been proven not to help learn to know someone. Better to get to know someone really well and not enter into sexual intimacy before marriage. A study has shown that those who move in together before marriage have a higher rate of divorce than those who don’t.
I agree with the sexual intimacy part. But moving in with someone is the best way to get to know someone because you see firsthand how they live their everyday life, all their habits, and experience them at their best and their worst. You should make sure you can live happily with someone before marrying them. Way too many people get married too quickly and then they see what their partner is really like. That can cause problems
You can have sexual intimacy at any time...but do it with integrity and honesty, not trickery or self-indulgence. It is not the sex that is the issue, it is under what circumstances and mutual understanding that matters....
A very wonderful video with good thoughts, these are very helpful to make our life brighter happy and successful, ine today situation life is very much short and very uncertain, these points help us to view life in a positive and progressive way. Thanks for making such a good video
Congratulation, that is truly a great list of common sense things that would surely improve anyones life! I agree with every one! Unfortunately common sense is in short supply
How right you are no use, haveing brian,'s,if no,common sense i tell,my family all this has, time wait's, for no one yes mine did but passed, now,no i have sed,all this for year's, so,i must have a few brian's,afere all,
Literally all the things you said are perfect and right eventually before deciding in something you have to check cycologicaly true thanks for your videos
SIMPLICITY IS THE KEY 🔑 WORK ON PROGRESS NOT PROFECTION . WHAT YOU DO IS WHAT YOU GET . BY MAKING MISTAKES MEAN YOU'RE DOING SOMETHING . THAT SIMPLE . KEEP TRYING UNTIL YOU GET IT .
You are amazing! I really ❤Love your all the videos, specially your voice, fantastic. And your choice is also great because whatever the topic you select for your video, I really like it always, I also select these types of topics for my videos but i don't know editing the videos😇😅, just record it and upload it directly but our choice has really matched😊.
Take Every Opportunity that Comes your Way - Unless there is a really, really, really good reason not to. This is the most important lesson for most people because you never want to have regrets - yet, most people have plenty. Yes, there are some times when you can't take an opportunity, but should be the exception - not the rule. Most times, new opportunities will open future doors that could never have been foreseen earlier. You end up with more friends and connections that can be leveraged, sometimes years later. Remember, luck is proportional to how many friends you have. Plus, you'll sleep knowing that you did your best and didn't leave anything on life's table.
I dated someone at the beginning of the year and she would eat a lot of junk food all the time, I commented on her eating habits once in an effort to make her want to be healthier and she then told me I was trying to control her. She was super cool in every other aspect and I do miss her but we couldn’t agree on that. I like exercising and being healthy, not super strict about it, I do enjoy late night pizza, but… you get the point….
@@Elizabeth-yg2mg sure, I was trying to make us be healthy and to not be part of the pandemic that is fast food, obesity and the health issues attached to it, if trying to make your partner be healthier is a bad thing then I’m glad we are not together anymore because we think differently, not because I was trying to “make her” be something. I accept your comment but I do t agree with you .
@@Elizabeth-yg2mg and no, she didn’t leave. We mutually decided to break up because we have different opinions on some things. I’m not an a**hole, I will never try to change anyone. I can’t believe I would find a comment like yours on the internet haha! But now I know I can find hostility everywhere. Have a great day!
I hope y'all stop trying to pay attention to the cares of this world focus your attention in our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Seek him with an open heart and read your Holy Bible. The hour is nigh and it's time to repent. Our God is faithful just have faith and start praying! God bless you all. 🙏✝️
You lost me at continuing education. College, university, sure, when you're done fork over 60 - 200 k to pay for it. Trade job skills cost less to learn and the rewards come in 2 years , not 6, 8 or 10. You want to keep learning, take free classes at library or from local college.
Yes. The idea here is it SHOULD be a decision rather than not. Take the decision to think before you act. Or decide to think before you act - should be a conscious decision, not jumping to do something thoughtlessly with impulsivity. I can be guilty of this: I sometimes retaliate in anger when I feel provoked- no matter if unintentional/not personal so I end up having to apologize and my reply emails are always drafts at first now (my self-edits take 10 goes at least)…
@@IbrahimHassan-by8tr very true - it certainly improves with age: you learn self control & coping without instant gratification; some better than others 🤣
Putting yourself first is selfish when the decisions you make hurt others.. it’s hard to put yourself first and not hurt people But it depends: if a friend invites you out and you say no, it’s your right, if they feel offended it’s their problem and it shouldn’t last much. But let’s say you’re in a relationship and you decide to pour all your energy into your job, you’ll end up hurting your partner and that’s bad
It’s a joke. I leave a similar comment on every video, like if the video is “10 things really smart people do,” my comment is, “Something is wrong with this video- I don’t do any of these.”
THIS IS PRETTY BASIC STUFF ... MANY OF US ARE ADULTS. I DON'T PAY MONEY TO BE PATRONIZED THANKS! IF YR. LIFE ISN'T GOING WHERE YOU WANT IT ... GET TO THERAPY NOW. SIMPLE.
