I make a pudding for breakfast: 2 cups coconut milk 3 tablespoons of chia seeds, 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, 2 tablespoons of flax meal and a handful of pumpkin seeds. Let sit overnight. Top with berries... ❤ So yummy 😋

Thanx alot my dear... I do daily morning before breakfast drink milk mixed with half spoon of turmeric, quarter of teaspoon of black pepper, one tablespoon of chia seeds and and suger (u can add honey instead of sugar). I have to add sugar, as my blood suger is always low.

I add a spoonful of chia seeds to 300ml water mixed with organic Moringa powder for walking .After walk i take this sipping little......me from INDIA.....
What I do, is anytime I cooked a ground meat, I add 3 teaspoons of chia, mix it, cheese, a sauce (like 57, A1, Worcestershire), together with vegetables that day, distributes the chia well in the entree.
They can be eaten by sprinkling on top of cereal. They don’t taste like anything then, that’s for those who don’t like the taste when the seeds are soaked in water
Hello Doc. I would like to share my experience yesterday about chia seeds. I added half teaspoon of chia seeds on my hot milk with my oat meal and nuts for breakfast, after an hour i feel like i am soffocating and a bad taste in my toungue/mouth the whole day. Can you give me any idea why? TIA
