There are hundreds and hundreds of talented juniors in the world! Just watching a player hitting warm-up ground strokes reveals nothing about their match readiness, ability to serve under pressure, especially 2nd, and match conditioning. To become a Top 10 player, AND stay there for a lengthy period of time, requires enormous want-to, dedication, coaching, and ability!
Is it really necessary to diminish all women who plays or trains with a man? We all know they can't play at the same level but it's annoying to read the same comment by different men, like WTF get a life.
This girl is Russian but changed her citizenship to France this year, cause she being 9y.o with her mother went to Patrick Muratoglu academy, and impressed him. So they have some sponsorship program for talented kids(i know that Tsitsipas, Coco Gauff and many others trained in the same program there). So she remained in Monte Carlo in this Academy and this girl has huge talent, she reminds me of Mirra Andreeva & Alina Korneeva mix. Good defense like Mirra but has some great offence too like Alina. So i expect her at 16 y.o make headlines like those 2 girls. P.S: It's a pitty that pressured by politics many young and not very young players( For example: Varvara Gracheva moved to France too), they changed their citizenship from Russia to different other countries.
@@olivierb3034 yes I know. Cause to get French citizenship there are many bureaucratic things to do, many documents and conditions. And one of them you have to live in France for 5 years & that's why she got her citizenship in August or first days of September of 2023. But when I talked about politics, I meant like overall Russian tennis federation politics. Even before the war in 2010's the President of the Russian Federation- Shamil Tarpischev, literally did nothing for young kids with no money who are talented but they can't pay their tennis practices & learnings. I remember this mfckr since the 1990's when he was a good friend with Yeltsin , and it's literally Yeltsin, who was a very big fan of tennis, gave many government money to build courts and stadiums for tournaments- like Moscow open or Kremlin cup and St.Petersburg open+ for sponsoring kids and teenagers! But this corrupt ass*ole stole many millions and that's why many parents with kids who moved to other countries and their children started playing tennis and playing well there, they didn't even consider playing under the Russian flag, like Sharapova did, because they were totally disconnected from Russia, growing up in the second half of the 00's, cause of total loss of interest towards them from Shamil who sat well on his millions! For example Sharapova who was raised till 7y.o in Russia & moved in 1994 to the USA, she, due to Yeltsin influence on young talented children, was monitored. When still being in Russia, the father of Maria became friends with the father of Yevghenii Kafelnikov- Alexandr, who gave Maria her first professional racket & was in touch with her family, so even moving to USA Maria was on the phone with RTF(Russian tennis federation) and decided to play for the country she was born in, although from 7 y.o she trained in USA and from 9y.o IMG and personally Nick Balletiery took her to his academy on full money support. And all the girls & boys born in the 80's didn't even consider moving somewhere, cause they had a big support from the government and president personally! But when Putin came in 2000, Tennis, in the next 10 years, slowly became, from the 2nd sport in the country (after soccer), to 5th or even 6th in terms of sponsoring! Of course immigrants didn't even feel that they owed something to Russia to play for it. For example. Sofia Kenin- born in Russia moved to the USA being still a baby, Anisimova was born in the USA but both parents are Russians, Shapovalov, Zverev and many others. They speak Russian but don't consider themselves russians. ,And I blame for this only that greedy mf Shamil, who literally said: "I don't give a fuck about young kids anymore only if they will be at the top in juniors or win a GS!" And that's why I meant politics overall and war speeded that process of immigration. With such an approach we started losing players to Kazakhstan at first - Putintseva, Bublik & then Rybakina. And now it's even worse- such kids as Efremova whose parents don't have big money, of course they will try to enter at foreign academies. I know for sure that France tries to get Mirra Andreeva under their flag and when Mirra was asked- she said I was born in Russia, played here, and I feel Russian so I don't even consider to change the citizenship. But Shamil literally "killed" me with his answer! He said: "Well Mirra is still a child, so it's up to parents, how they will decide!". I was in awe....You idiot Mirra said that she doesn't want to change citizenship, so get up from the couch you fat ass and fly to Monaco and talk with her parents, or attend any of her matches where her mother is often with her!! When Yeltsin was he often attended matches of top Russian tennis players!! So they, seeing president on stands, felt privilege!! That's what I meant by saying that politics forced many young talents to leave the country! And I will repeat this war only speeded up this immigration. It became much bigger from athletes of any sport, cause this ban cut their earnings in half I think, or even more. P.S: Sorry for such a long comment, but remembering that old fa*got- president of the Russian tennis federation - Shamil Tarpischev, made me mad again, so I wrote all that I think he does wrong and that's all his fault when players leave! Btw When Rybakina was 17, or 18 and her parents were out of money already, for her going to pro career and they went to RTF, but Shamil or some of his vice presidents said: sorry guys we don't see much potential in your daughter(Rybakina never wasn't in top-10 of the world at juniors), + we don't have extra money for all talented kids, but your daughter is already a teenager who can earning money for herself at ITF circuit!" And after such words, father decided to move to Kazakhstan!!!! And now Shamil is saying that she is still Russian; and all she knows in tennis were given to her by our tennis academies! So it's Russia's merit that she won Wimbledon & now in top 3!....🤦♂️ Fckn id*ot.
That's pitty that's pressured by the russian army a lot of Ukrainians have no opportunity to training and play tennis. There is nothing pitty when aggressor pressurised in many ways.
@@tijgertjekonijnwordopgegeten 100% correct but I was just talking about Med and his swing. Not sure why you felt the need to comment that there was another player with more effortless power. Be a positive light buddy rather than the guy always looking for cracks in peoples comments. Example - someone says the sky is blue today. And the. You respond with it being blueish green.
@@xxpinghead7xx I thought you meant he was the cleanest ball striker because he has the most effortless power (as that is often what people mean when they say "clean ball striking") I didn't think he was the cleanest ball striker or had the most effortless power which is why I commented. But you clearly meant something else, in which case I agree that my comment looks nitpicky.
Excelente jugador danil tubo la mala suerte de jugar contra un tal Rafael nada y un djokovich ahora que bajan un poco el nivel porque están quedando grande aparece un tal Carlitos alcaraz
She lives in France for 4 years that's why she feels more French than Russian now sorry bro😅 she ask French citizenship before the war getting started.
Her elbows are too close to her body on her 2 handed backhand. Too close at contact and in the follow through her right elbow is very low. She would get more power and spin by extended her arms at contact and following through higher over her right shoulder. Look at Djokovic, Agassi, Alcaraz or many other great 2 handed backhands if you don't believe me. She's great but should can improve this a lot.
oh, yes, another Russian who got dumped by Russian Federation of Tennis. Im Russian myself, i hate how our federation treats young talents... Even Meddy is halfway to switch country.... That's so sad
Pff…Wouldn’t it be so exaggerated? Where is the difference there to play with Daniil or other player. Otherwise he is playing very slow, so she can hold the rally. That’s all
Thanks to artificial rackets and strings. They give you the slim power and control. Tennis is a watered down game. They don’t even know how to hit inside the baseline and the silly 2hbh is all they know. Tennis is more like racketball now.
GOOD drill, just hit Cross balls, keep the same ball in Game, don't miss it, this Help to take control of the ball and in the strength of your Strokes, and she do it very very well
This video proves the point again. There isn't a huge amount of difference in the way pros hit the ball. Of course in men v women, once you add a serve and a return that's pretty much it, but even as between men it's about court craft.
And all these online instructions that focus so much on the modern atp "PAT THE DOG" forehand, don't see it here! I only see an AWESOME forehand by this AMAZING young girl!! 👍👍👏👏
She has a good full swing esp on her back hand little foot work and bit of quickness then she is now ready, never seen her volley though and rushed to the net as well and left right drill coast to coast, 😱wow 3rd placer ATF..
