The 143d Expeditionary Sustainment Command served as the 1st Theater Sustainment Command Operational Command Post, deployed at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, from December 2022 to September 2023. The OCP is responsible for executing routine sustainment mission command across the USCENTCOM theater in coordination with the 1st TSC Mission Command Post.
