I got this vintage resistance decade for very little money from eBay. It had a small fault that I could easily fix. When I bought it, I thought it had only 4 decades but in fact it offers 8 decades (although only 4 can be used simultaneously) and its still amazingly accurate 0.05% except for the 100 Ohms which is "only" 0.07%. What amazes me most is the way it is built. These are high-quality resistors using Manganin for low temperature coefficient and a special way of winding to reduce inductance and capacitance. More about this winding method can be found in this Wikipedia article
