I know you didn’t tested it, but there is the TCL 34R83Q mini led hdr monitor. I didn’t find anybody who even tried it before. I’m curious, that what is the truth about the monitor. Thank you for your current awesome tier list
Yeah me too. I have a x34. Ideally wanting a 38-40 inch 3800 res whatever is the next step from 3440*1440 and OLED or mini led but none :(. So maybe stay 34 and just up to mini led tech
I received my TCL 34R83Q two days ago! I took a chance with it, since I haven’t seen a single review or anything.. But… It is AMAZING! I feel like I hit the jackpot, especially since I took a chance with it and it ended up being great. The CSOT VA panel is great, the HDR beats every OLED out there, looks amazing. I almost became blind when setting up the HDR in Win11. No smearing in any content that I’ve seen. After setting up cleartype in Windows 11 I have no issues whatsoever with text (unlike the QD-Oleds). Fantastic monitor for gaming/school/work! It also came with all cables (USB-C to USB-C, HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort and USB-B)! The 90W usb-c works great, and I also like the mood lighting on the back (just wish it had a “white” setting instead of just “blue” and “red”). Love this thing!
The gigabyte one looks very warm and the colours look blended together, making it hard to distinguise the enemy and other things in OW2 judging from the video and what I've seen from others. What is your experience on this? I heard the Alienware one has the best color accuracy. Both are the same price for me, but should I go for the Gigabyte one you think?
I just got it in the mail a couple of days ago and I absolutely love it, so I can vouch that it looks good. Update: I did return it however, because text (white text in particular) was bothering my eyes. I'm gonna try the 4k 32 in version
@@ownyounextWhat anti burn in features does the Alienware not have? When it's been on for 4 hours or more the next time it goes into standby it pixel refreshes. You can tell because after a couple minutes the blinking white light blinks green for 5 minutes or so. Just wondering what else it is supposed to have?
@@cameronbosch1213 woled looks dull in comparison to qd-oled and won't ever look as good. Put a gorilla glass coating on any qd-oled it would look better than the woled by a lot
I just bought the aw3423dwf from best buy for 750 usd. At that price I think it was a great option. Especially if looking for a more single player game focused panel.
I just got my Gigabyte AORUS FO27Q3 in the mail a couple of days ago and I absolutely love it!! My only complaint is that there is some occasional flickering when I turn on VRR in windows. Also that the USB-C charging is only 18w instead of 90w like the MSI 27 in qd-oled. But other than those two small gripes I absolutely love this monitor! Coming from a nearly 5 year old VA panel it was a HUGE upgrade. The display is absolutely beautiful and the KVM switch has been a massive help for switching between my desktop and my MacBook. I am curious how the gigabyte 27in qd-oled compares to the MSI one. I'm not sure I'd return it and go through all the trouble just for 90w charging lol. This gigabyte does have USB 3.0 slots instead of 2.0 in the MSI model. But lets be honest, who is going to connect anything other than peripherals into the monitor since it has KVM. So the USB 3.0 is not a huge selling point for me.
Something I feel should be mentioned if you feel the Gigabyte FO27Q3 is just a little bit out of your price range look at the Gigabyte FO27Q2 I think it's the same just 240 hz vs 360 for 699.99
I see the DWF going for $999 CAD (somewhere around $750 USD) regularly which seems like a fair price. It's actually the exact same price as the 27 inch alienware which makes choosing between them a bit tougher.
Plays well, response great... buttery smooth Makes sandwiches in my Paw Patrol lunch box SS teir, do I say SSS teir And lights off , so no magenta (which is not a real color )
@@KiLkooo bruh... is ur mom black.. cuz that's ok... ill still raise her in dark room. Also, QD Oleds real talk, look kinda trash with the purple glow. My C1 nvr did that. And S95b only looks a bit off with sunlight hitting it, which is never unless FAAFOing
I forgot to include that. C Tier. It had a severe firmware issue and the matte coating was BAD. Otherwise it was impressive, but not enough to elevate it.
@TheRe9lay I recently purchased this monitor. The firmware issues are no more as they have updated the firmware and it is a simple update process. After optimum tech uploaded his glossy vs matte comparison video and since I was coming from a matte tn panel anyway I decided to go for this monitor as it ticked of all my other boxes. It's been great so far but I have noticed it is very matted but I think that maybe necessary for a display with an aggressive 800r curve so that you don't get glare and reflections from one side of the monitor to the other.
Seems like the KTC should be S Tier because of the value. Gigabyte is too expensive so it can only be A. PPI and coating on the Lg are horrible so it’s a D. AW and Sammy in B.
