Using chekku oils, organic fruits and vegetables, organic rice and lentils are the only option. And limit outside food. Replace processed rice with ancient rice varieties unpolished and millets. Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables in form of salad. Get rid of nonstick. I wish I am able to practise this first.
