Thanks so much I was feeling absolutely suicidal tonight due to severe depression and life events, but hearing I'm enough (after my own mother has called me every name under the sun she's a alcholic but gets agresivee) meant the world to me, thank you for making this video
Oh Becky, I'm giving you giant hugs right now. I've been in that same place many times in my life (I suffered from severe depression earlier in life and 3 suicide attempts), and I know how deep and dark it feels, especially when the people around you aren't able to support you when you need them most. I'm so glad this video came in at just the right time. Can I make a request that you not stop there? Being that you ARE enough, what else can you do to help yourself? To surround yourself with what you need to come out of this dark place and finally thrive? Who do you need to bring into your life to help you? You are so enough that you deserve to pull out all the stops to allow yourself to heal and transform and find joy. (And it really is possible, trust me. Not easy. Not always simple. But possible.) What will you do to ensure you never get to that place again? I'm sending you love and looking forward to your answer.
I feel exactly as you do about Bergamot. It is my F-A-V-O-R-I-T-E! I am never without it. It’s ok to make mistakes. I loved all the affirmations associated with Bergamot. ❤️
I love bergamot!! I use it in my Blue lotus Lip balm. And it just matches so well with the properties of blue lotus, loving ourselves elevating emotions and self-acceptance that relate to the heart and throat chakras.
HOW IN THE CRAZY WORLD WOULD SIX PEOPLE GIVE YOU A THUMBS DOWN!?!???? I LEARNED SO MUCH FROM YOU IN THIS VIDEO...REALLY REALLY APPRECIATE YOU...IM YOUR NEW FAN...I SUBSCRIBED:). SENDING U LOVE & LIGHT CHANTAL...PS I GIVE YOU 10 THUMBS UP !
I really need to start diffusing essential oils, such as Bergamot! Thanks for this amazingly informative video! You’re very inspiring and such a great speaker!
Karen Vee thanks Karen! I’d love to hear any questions you have that I could turn into a video for ya. Always looking for those needs from a newer oiler’s perspective!
Nice! Be cautious with the perfume though since it’s HIGHLY photosensitive. If you’re exposed to sun or tanning beds (any UV light) it causes a really extreme reaction.
I would be careful because it makes you MUCH more photosensitive and the sunburns you can get from it are not normal ones. Can you believe I’ve never smelled earl grey? 😂
Hii mam this is my first time watching ur video, I already use bergamot oil for hair care routine n its results r like miracle to me. I didn't knew abt photosensitive thing.. . Thanks for the info
I don't like Earl Grey Tea but I do know that this is in it but am looking to buy some so have come on RU-vid and came across your video. I hope I like this in my diffuser though.
Thank u inhave discussed got 1oz bottle essentials oil for $ew bucks awesome deal insane i didn't know bergamot was a cruise or citrus thought was herb now I know it smells good
Hi Tara-I'm new to your channel and have been enjoying your content so much that I subscribed. You cover so many helpful topics-much appreciated and needed. :)
@@TaraWagner I just set up may Elder Law practice at the first of this year. Plus the lifestyle tips are very helpful for managing pandemic anxiety. I really value essential oils. BTW your makeup looks so natural on the video, very flattering. I also appreciate the info on Clickup as I'm not thrilled with Notion. Your channel is a treasure trove :)
That's a great question! Bergamot typically smells like other citrus fruits. It has a sweet aroma with notes of tartness and acidity. However, it does have a unique floral, spicy edge that distinguishes it from other citrus scents which may result in the smell that you speak of.
I've always loved Bergamot but had no idea all of the wonderful benefits. I could certainly use more self acceptance. Is there a diffuser you recommend?
Hey Catherine! I did a video a couple weeks back on diffusing that might be helpful. There a guide I offered with it with a few diffusers I love, as well as some alternatives to diffusers. I've tried a LOT over the years - on and off brand. My fav is the Lumo from doTERRA. It's newer so the only thing I can't vouch for is longevity, but their other diffusers have lasted me a LONG time (and I'm not great at taking care of them so that's saying something lol). Hope this helps!
Thanks so much, Tara! I just watched your diffusing video - I love the idea of using oils in the shower, furnace filter and TP roll! @@TaraWagner I'd already checked out the doTERRA and will one day spring for one. Not sure how I've lived without a diffuser but excited to get the Bergamot + Grapefruit oils to play with. Love your videos - thanks again!
@@TaraWagner will do. I use tea tree daily mixed with apple cider vinegar and water in lieu of toner. I also use the same mixture when I shower in lieu of conditioner.
Oh yes I wrote it so that if some other men struggling with enoughness were going through the comment section they would feel encouraged too, it wasn’t a critique to you at all ❤️ Thank you for this wonderful video 🙏🏻❤️
@@TaraWagner I do not actually. If you do, I would be interested in knowing!❤️ Where I got my essential oils, they didn't put the Euro dropper on correctly, so it's harder for me to make blends because it doesn't do one drop at a time. 😕
@@tamarag2139 Definitely invest in some dropped tops! They make it so much easier. I'm working on my site now and will have tons of diffuser recipes that you can search by ingredients. it should be launched in the next 4 weeks! If you get my emails you'll get first dibs on checking it out. 😘
Do you mean do I follow a script or not? I have a basic outline, some parts (and some videos) are more script-like than others, but I prefer to work off talking points/bullet points otherwise I SOUND like a script. LOL
I will say even men are conditioned maybe in different ways but even schooling / education conditions people into thinking they are not enough or good enough and if people have gone through trauma woman or men then that is going to be even more the case.
Oh no, men should never use essential oils. It'll make their skin turn purple, and their hair turn pink and pretty soon they'll start singing "I am Woman" and buying bras just to burn them! 🙃 (Kidding of course! 99% of MY audience is female so I mostly use feminine pronouns. But anyone with cells in their body can benefit from essential oils.)
If I could accept and like myself for who I am what I am I would be eternally grateful because there is something I find very very hard to do I’ve just put some Bergamot oil under the soles of my 🦶
It's hard for most of us and generally takes a lot of mindset work. Oils make that mindset work more powerful, but make sure you are using the oils WITH the work. Do you have mindset practices too? Journaling, mantras, meditation etc?
Oh of course! As humans, we ALL do. My target audience at the time I made this video was female, so my language here reflects that, but the info is open to all. xo

Becky! I left you a long comment full of hugs and now I’m seeing this in my “have not responded” comments! Dang it RU-vid! I’m not sure how that got deleted. :( How are you doing now since you left this comment? Feeling better and finding the support you deserve?
