I've started refusing large item number orders (any over 20). The pay is terrible and it's often those customers who don't tip. Also, if a customer is unresponsive and the item is out of stock. I don't waste my time with substitutes. My time is money and marking an item "not found" saves time.
Has anyone notice shiot trading really hard to still pay us less by combining orders lately? I was offered a 2 customer batch for 12. Normally each of those wud be 9 or 10
I ditched the bags..... with ic.... the orders are too large and time consuming.....I only put hot food or frozen in the bags.... everything else is on in the plastic bag
Mike, hi noticed a problem where I had a pre paid order at Target and the head lettuce did not go thru and I was unable to give it to the customer. Maybe I could have added the lettuce on later to see if it would work? Produce seems to be a problem as many do not need to be scanned
I've had odds things like that too where I'd have the exact right item but it would say it wasn't able to be added. Maybe a system error? Honestly if you can manually add the item I would just try that because I always feel bad I can't add the item when it's clearly available.
For prepaid orders at target you can only add additional items if they have a barcode! I don't know why but that's just how it is. Once I was shopping a lady's prepaid order and she asked me add some blueberries, but once I got to check out it said it couldn't be added and I had to put it back. But another prepaid order they asked me to add other items like household items and I was able to scan the item in and get it for them. I ended up asking ship support about it one day and they told me it just needs to how they barcode! That's why produce doesn't work!
I have been working with shipt for 4 days and everything was fine until Friday, when no more orders have appeared. call customer service and they tell me that everything is fine..you know what might be happening with my app ?. Thank you
