We don’t always get that high pay screen or sometimes you get it at less than $2/mile. It’s stupid. DD tiers are crap. I still think when they brought in the tiers they made it so you have to chase platinum status with crap orders so you can have dash now. Dash now is the only reason to have platinum.
5.25 for a 3 min drive and it takes 2 min to walk in burger king and walk out ...less than 10 min of your time and y'all decline this....🙄 And not just because you see $12+ doesn't mean it's a high paying order....I'm Platinum BTW
Or maybe doordash should be excluded and restaurants should provide income for the delivery guy providing their own vehicle wear and tears add cost of gas they should provide holiday pay vacation pay etx....
Doordash should have a long-term program full-time base pay for $5 or more since we don't get paid vacation time paid sick time holidays wear and tear on your vehicle and that's still might not be enough
Jitsu is delivering hello fresh to peoples homes. It pays about the same as Amazon flex. Skipcart pays terribly. Would not recommend at all. Angi I hate it because you have to pay for clicks. And regardless if you get hired or not if you are contacted for a task you pay for the contact. Taskrabbit is the best out of all of those types of handyman apps.thumbtack is the same. Would not recommend. I can't speak about the other ones.
Does anyone do Flex in NYC with a vehicle? Can’t find any company’s that offer ride share insurance. Heard you need commercial auto insurance, having trouble with that. Any info from NYC people as to what they do for insurance appreciated!
Hello my account was deactivate i try to appeal bot they still deactivate me can you help what can i do to reactivate my account its my main job i ask them for give me a chance but nothing
Thanks for sharing. As long as you follow TOS for gig platforms you should be good. Keep in mind you may be classified as an "at will" independent contractor and could be deactivated at any time. I'm not an expert on legalities and intricacies of that though. Also remember these companies want you on their platforms so they don't want to deactivate you unless you violate their TOS.
@@YourDriverMike oh I do my best. It seems like some content creators have gotten out of hand and the gig companies have had to rap them across the knuckles
Yes, less than 4 hours because first they do not send orders and when they do the miles are crazy with horrible pay. I was on DD yesterday for 3 hours got 1 order for over 5 miles for $3. How am i supposed to bring up my AR ? By working for free is all.
Had my worst one yesterday. 3hr block, showed up and they didn't have racks for 3hr blocks. They then started cannibalizing 4hr block shipments to make routes for me and 1 other driver. Had packages that didn't show up in the app no matter how many times I rebooted. AND the last 2 stops were 2 1/2 hrs away from the facility which would have gotten be back 5 hrs after the block started. I called support and told them there was no way I could deliver the last 2 stops which were still an hour away. We'll see what happens to my standing but I couldn't do it had to get home to my kids.
Not a bad gig, but do not set your rates too low even when others might. Only time you should do that is to get some initial clients/reviews but then raise them to market value (or above if you're experienced). Remember the commute time to the client, time at the house then driving back.

Iv only seen $1 to $1.50 promo in my area. And im a new dasher so I can’t even dash at that time if I don’t schedule that time so good luck. I do have a high acceptance rate bc I had lost my job and my orders fluctuate in price range but honestly I feel like that are just using me for horrible orders. After watching this I’m gonna start paying attention to the miles more and seeing if it’s a good offer. I don’t click offers that are $2 only bc I know I can get an offer for more. But I’m definitely not clicking anymore $10 offers that send me 11 miles away and 20 min out of the zone and completely.
Yeah I get it, but at least it gets it on our radar. A lot of these you can still sign up on the wait list. Some companies have expanded quite quickly in the past (Lime, Cargo/Uber, Shipt)
Anyone working for Uber Eats must go to their account, and look into their tax information. Uber is charging delivery drivers fees, service charges, and other expenses that we have to pay taxes on at the end of the year. Nobody is paying this any attention
Here's my video on Bungii: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-i-oAc-D4WXE.html&t yeah I would hope the site has a forklift and it's just palletized but regardless you're suppose to help with loading and unloading. The pay is great but yes lots of labor. Give me a back brace and some good gloves and I'd try it. I'd imagine lots of cement bags, tile, flooring etc
People have to remember that earn by time is per active hour....its not per dash time hour. I actually love earn by time in my market. Im Top Dasher (yes, that still exists in the Detroit markets for 5 more days) and seem to get priority in earn by time because im always steady, even in off times
My Strategy is to multi app for shopping orders without worrying about acceptance rate. I base up at the Walmart and make UE, DD, and GH compete with the Spark order that you get every hour and if they don’t I just take the Spark order. I am averaging $200 + in 9 hours a day and it only works with earn by offer. I average 3 Spark orders a day so it is working good so far. No waiting for the Restaurant to cook the meal after I arrive is a win for me. Shop till you drop all the way to the bank and you get to bless those Platinum drivers with all those $5 7mile offers you decline.

Skipcart has the worst driver experiences. They assign drivers who are closer to the pickup. If no one is available in that zone, they will send someone to pick up 30 mins away, and it could be you. They can also cancel or reassign you on the way to pick up or not. If business forgot to give you something to that delivery, then skipcart can call you and ask you to go back to pick up the remaining items and throw a few extra dollars on your pay
