Have to say that I was glad to take my own bag to Sportsdirect recently when buying new trainers with OH. They wanted £3 for a reuseable bag!!! Also re washing up liquid - I only use original Fairy liquid but decant some into an old bottle and 50/50 with tap water. It still is good and frothy in the hot water and purchse lasts twice as long. Agreed. I've ever understood why people, especially people with car WASTE a small fortune on paying for plastic bags. Is it really that hard to just pay for strong long lasting recycled bags that you can just put back in your car once you've emptied your shopping. YOUR WASTING your own money. Better still just have some boxes or containers in the boots and empty your trolley.. Better for your wallet, financially and environment.. Win Win Win..😊
I know you are trying to appeal to a larger audience but please stop saying dollars! I’m sure Americans know you are British from your accent so they’re able to work out the difference between GBP and dollars. Thank you.
Hi there, you raise a good point here and I appreciate the feedback. Most of my audience is in the US according to my data, and also I actually receive most of my pay in dollars so I’m used to dealing in it. I try to use both pounds and dollars in my videos, and where I don’t whatever maths I’m doing is relevant in either currency. However I do understand where you’re coming from and I will bear it in mind. Thanks for watching.
