pls explain 220-280 degree shutter angle for 30fps

"Shutter-angle" is a setting in true "Video" cameras that automatically sets the shutter speed relative to the frame-rate. A stills-photography centric camera with optional video recording capability will normally not have "shutter-angle" as a means of setting the shutter-speed, this is only a feature in true video cameras. increasing the shutter-angle decreases the shutter speed in video cameras. A 180 degree shutter-angle is the default setting which will give a shutter speed of 1/48 with a 24fps frame-rate. At 30fps, a higher shutter-angle setting of 220-280 for video cameras gives a slower shutter-speed setting relative to the frame-rate which will add more motion-blur. If you don't have a shutter-angle setting, using a "shutter priority" setting of 1/50 will give similar motion-blur results as using 24fps with a 180 degree shutter-angle. Slower shutter-speeds will also reduce powerline frequency difference light-pulsing and is the means by which modern digital cameras can reduce "artificial-light flickering." Always use 30/60fps and use a 1/50 shutter (220-280 degree shutter angle for 30fps) for the same motion blur as 24fps if "Cinematic Look" (which is becoming an obsolete factor) is important to you.
