Man, that lying T-spine rotation is where it's at. I normally have trouble stretching my thoracic spine but adding the rotation with the arm dropped me right into it. Good stuff. This one will definitely be going into my rotation.

AMAZING! Did this one this evening about an hour before bed. Your stretches are so phenomenal. I really love how you show different levels throughout the move. I have always loved the bretzel stretch but now quite enjoy the laying t-spine rotation. This is helped my back as it’s usually pretty achy by the end of the day. 👏 Keep up your awesome work!

My joints feel more loose than they’ve been in years and I’m a student! I bet a contractor/someone on construction especially would feel better after this!
Im in my living room with very limited space. Coughing up a storm constantly spitting up God knows what. While trying mirror these movements and the last stretch she did was nearly impossible to keep perfect form. Kudos to anyone who can perfect that move. That was definitely a compound exercise.

Just did this after my upper body workout and it was fantastic! I didn’t realize how immobile I was until I tried to do the wall overhead hand touch at my ripe age of 24 🙃 That being said, I just subscribed :)
Mache das nun den dritten Tag in Folge, immer nach der Arbeit, bei der ich 8-10 Stunden im Homeoffice sitze. Tut wirklich gut! Und ich merke, dass es auch eine echt sinnvolle Ergänzung zu meinem doch eher intensiven Kraftsport ist, alles fühlt sich viel geschmeidiger an. Ich bin mir sicher, dass ich das auch zukünftig jeden Tag machen werde, mit einigen kleinen Ergänzungen und Variationen für meine Schultern. Womit ich dir eigentlich nur sagen will, dass du mir echt geholfen hast 🙂
This video like all the others I watch was great! The only thing I'd like to mention is that the scapula push up and the couch stretch were not quite all levels friendly. I am very new like started this week new and I just had some troubles with those two. I think a couple variations on those would have helped me greatly! Otherwise thank you so much and I can't wait to enjoy more of your videos!

This video is very generic (meaning whole body) & includes static stretching as well. For running I would recommend one of my running warm ups - these can be found in the running playlist on my channel. ☺️
it’s always a mix of durations :) but yeah most of them are shorter anyways! there’s a playlist for shorter routines too so you have all in one place ☺️
That‘s not true ☺️ It says full body with emphasis on shoulders, spine & hips! Also there are exercises in there for wrists. 👏🏼 The elbow is a stabilizer in the body therefore shouldn‘t primarily be mobilized. 🙏🏼
