It will most likely hard for her to make “easy” ones but there are some low impact and also, Are you doing fine because i do not usually find this young of kids doing this intense workouts But i understand if you want to just for energy but please do not push yourself

I love how it was sequenced! Good finished after my weight training. Little tip from PT for those WHO dont have strongera core yet - dont go all the way down when you do sit UPS, dont let your shoulders touch the mat, So you prevent using your upper back while doing exercise and involve more your abdominals ❤

Everyday I do this and I remember the first day I did it I only got through 3 minutes of the video and then I quit. I am starting to focus and not give up and I just finished the whole video! I feel so sore but I know in a couple days it will be worth it especially if I keep trying

Anna, I love you and what you do!!! this video isso good, but these songs... personally I feel like these workouts require more focus on the mental side but it isn't enjoyable when the songs give me a headache.

Right leg bear climber kick at 3:15 then left leg bear climber kick at 8:38? Don’t you think the 5 min gap to switch sides is a bit too large? It’s very distrupting to not know when the next side is coming.

I love your videos and they're so helpful. There's just something I want advice on. I'm a college going student and my schedule is pretty hectic. The only day I have off is sunday. During vacations I'm able to maintain consistency but when i have college (which is most of the time) i usually get really tired by the time i get back and it sometimes gets hard for me to stay consistent that way. Is there anything you can recommend so i can avoid getting so tired?
