I’m currently on day 6 of your old 30 day morning yoga challenge, and will move on to this new one when I’m done :) I just tried your 15 min sun salutations video from 2018 and it was fun but way too quick for me as I’ve never done sun salutations before and there are a lot of steps to it I just couldn’t keep up. I’d love to see an in-depth sun salutations video that really focuses on the steps so newbies can get into them too. Keep up the great work you’re helping so many people☺️
It's just amazing how it seems you can read my mind. During the practice I was like "I need child's pose", and then you were like "let's all just meet in child's pose" 🤣
I have serious lower back/hip stiffness pain everyday from wake up from bed, Kassandra's yoga practice really helps me, I especially like this day 5 flexibility yoga practice, it's just 15 min, but really make me feel like my body got stretched and help me for the day. Thank you !!

Thank you for this yoga. Have tried few of the others, but by far this one I really enjoy, since I have spinal stenosis all down my spine, RA, asthma, sinus desease, erre damage; it’s been hard to find something for all that. This seems to help. God bless you.
Kassandra, I just want to express my appreciation for all these great videos (loved this one). I've done yoga on and off for years but never stuck with it. I'm in my 40s and a lot of long term stuff is starting to catch up with me - inflexibility, postural issues, rn have been dealing with sciatica and probably a bulging disc in my lower back. Your vids are what I needed to start taking control of the situation. I've been doing about 15 minutes every morning and night. In less than a month I've gone from not being able to sit on the ground to being able to keep up with everything you're doing, gaining a bit of flexibility each day, and getting through the day with minimal pain. You're a fantastic teacher, the length and intensity of the practices are perfect for a non-expert (old fart) such as myself, and I think this is something I can stick with for a long time and hopefully get myself back into a great place physically. Really appreciate that you put this all out there, and I hope you're making the good living you deserve from it!
I loved the transitions from Warrior 2 into Triangle Pose! It felt wonderful. All the poses were wonderful and I feel so energized. This challenge so far has been fab. Namaste from Spain
Five days down. Loving this new practice. The yoga and then meditation. It is wonderful practicing these things back to back. Developing new habits. Looking forward to what the rest of this practice brings and the future!
I didn’t do the week but I’m saving this one as a really good morning stretch. I like that there are arm stretches as well as hips. I’m not very flexible but was able to do everything. Thank you!
Couldn't join earlier today to do yoga and the meditation so I did my practise of yesterday again in the morning. I've won a surprise 3days spiritual event for this weekend and didn't want to miss out on that one, but keeping my word to finish this one also. Only a bit later and do extra in the morning. I loved it AGAIN! Thank you so much for todays classes. Will certainly go to yoga heaven today in my dreams. Felt progress
It would be great to have a fifteen or twenty minute morning series like the evening series. I know there is a ten minute series, but a little more time would be cool.
I love your videos, they have changed my life by getting me to do 10 minutes a day - I have no excuse for not fitting in 10 minutes. Today, I did this video. It is also my last day at my job, after becoming an empty nester three months ago and moving from the city where I have lived for 30 years. This affirmation felt like divine intervention. I can't tell you how much I needed this today! Thank you.

I’ve been dealing with Covid since the beginning of the year…I know, right! Great start! I am very active and do yoga every day, and was so sore from just sitting or laying down for a week. Thank God my symptoms weren’t more severe. This whole week of practice and meditation has been amazing for me. Thank you, Kassandra!
I adapt to change easily and effortlessly. Not really true for me yet(quite the opposite haha) , but I hope to improve with practice. Such a great affirmation thanks ❤
What a lovely practice to start my day! I appreciate how you give such clear and detailed guidance. For example, when I twisted during Sphinx pose, you can be sure I didn’t have my hip pressed down properly until you told me to!
