Exercise has been an integral part of my life since I was 13 years old. I'm now 49 and I can still maintain the same physical health and wellbeing that I had as a teenager. I believe that exercise is the key to achieving whatever goals you set for yourself in life.

As fun and as happy as always! Love it! And Eleni, what about a feet workout? For flat feet, arch muscle, pronator step? In the end, most of our movements start in our feet

Well the heel raises are really working the feet & ankles?! I suffer from flat feet so pull up my arch and curl my toes under everyday, then lift up my toes and splay out.

Can you read minds😭after travelling yesterday my body is so tired so a resistance band workout will be much better for me than lifting, and it's nice and quick to start the day! 💕

That really burned in the arm's. I would love to see more workouts with the band especially with arms, I never thought that using the band would be difficult for me then using dumbbells. Thank you for your videos I fine myself challenging myself more.
