This total body workout uses a mini band to target the legs, upper body and core. We're going to get that heart rate up and focus on toning from head to toe using just a single mini exercises band which makes this a great at home workout or the perfect option for a workout while travelling. Would love to see this re-released with a proper warm up, longer breaks to switch positions and a more fulsome cooldown. Great workout!

Hey Heather!!! This workout is perfect for traveling! Can you please consider doing a Athletic workout, something a bit more intense and different including different exercises like: snatches, push press, Turkish getups, wall handstands, and fun agility cardio! Thanks so so much 🙏🏼🙌🏽

i love to see how far I've come. after my elbow injury a year ago, I'm stronger than ever. I'm using a stronger band and this workout still feels lighter than before. time flew. I'd love to see more workouts like this. maybe even a little longer. thank you, Heather ❤

Done this workout one and a half times, I had double bands on my legs.. I then did a 10-min abs&booty, plus another 10-min arms workout.. wow! Amazing!

If you do it a few times 10s is plenty of time. Just hit pause. Any longer and you'd cool down too much.

I love this mini band workout!! Yes, HEATHER...thank you! It was such a good workout. Just enough for me to get in before work. I had to take a few more seconds to adjust the band for certain exercises, but overall timing was good to get in position.

I'm going on some trips soon and will be without dumbbells/equipment so this will be perfect to do while traveling.. just gotta remember to pack my miniband! I just did this video 1.5x for a full 30 min. workout! Loved it!
