So good for 15 minutes! I just started a new job after being a stay at home mom for over 5 years. Now I only have about 15-20 minutes in my schedule to workout. Videos like these will make a big difference. !! 💪🏼
15-20 min sessions are the best. I can do them even if the time is limited. This one is great. Just have done it. And it's good that without jumping and wights, just working with your body. I always search for such sessions among your videos. Thank you 🙌
I have been following you for a long time. I remember when you first started making workouts and they were mostly hiit/cardio based and high intensity (no breaks). That's fun sometimes, but I love how you have transitioned into a more mindful approach to exercise. We can still can get a sweat on, but we don't have to wear ourselves down to do so. It makes exercise more approachable for my changing needs with health and physical ability. Thanks for making the kinds of workouts you do, Maddie.

Im 16 and i did this workout before school and just now. it's pretty challenging to me, but it makes my mood great and i can really feel the burn! lately ive been feeling tired from just going up 3 flights of stairs, and my peers tell me that my energy always seems to be low, so thankyou for the workout! love from japan 🇯🇵

This video was organized well. I like how the workout was structured. The was four exercises on the feet, then repeated and four exercises on the ground, then repeated, I enjoyed that!
I really LOVE doing your 15 mins dance workouts and recently started with the 30 minute HIIT workout and I enjoy them so much and as time passes I have been noticing I’m getting better at the exercises and feel stronger! it’s night time right now but I can’t wait to do this workout tomorrow! 🤍

I really like this one 15 minute full body workout apartment small spaces friendly I do my exercise in the morning I did one of yours and I do them in the evening I'm going to try this one I really enjoy it's like a challenge to me I'm 63 years old and I wonder if you have any suggestions I have a left knee when I squat hurts on the side of my knee I tried Tylenol and I even tried a knee brace now I remember when my wife was alive 4 years ago she had knee problem I just wondered if you had any suggestion I do my squats a little wider it don't hurt as bad wonder if I got any tendonitis so I'm going to try these this evening thanks for making this RU-vid video I like these from Terry
if you look on her channel and go to “playlists” she has one called “knee friendly/low impact” (which means low impact on your joints) you should try those!
