Human body is often compared to automobiles. You have to go through preheating in order to run a car and cool the engine down after driving. In a similar way, we have to warm up our body before exercising to relax the muscles and joints and loosen them up after exercising through cool-down and stretching. Not many people regularly do warm-up, stretching, and cool-down because of their busy lives, and people may even think that they are relatively less important than main exercises. But to maintain healthy work-out routines in a lasting period of time, they are essential. (Not only for health of muscles and joints but also for efficiency in exercise, warm-up and stretching are crucial!) That is why we have packed all these aerobic exercises that burn calories in the entire body into a 15-minute video. The following are the exercise sequence and brief instructions.
1. Warm-up [entire body aerobic]
2. Knee Twist [upper body+calories]
3. Squat & Kick [lower body+calories]
4. Step & Swing [upper body+calories]
5. Flank + Lift [entire body+calories]
6. Belly Bomb [abdomen fat+calories]
7. Cool Down [entire body aerobic]
8. Finishing [entire body stretching]
※ Following the instructions in the video, complete 3 sets with 30 seconds for each.
※ Gradually increase the intensity through the sets.
