I’m new to using a Pilates bar and absolutely love your workouts! Can we expect more videos using the bar? Would love to see ones that are about 25-30 mins long. Thanks for all you do! ❤
I had to quit my Pilates membership because it was too expensive. I have been doing your videos with a $15 Pilates bar & I love them! I swear my legs are already starting to tone up after a few classes! I also really feel like I am working my whole body with your 15-30min workouts. :)
I did 3 on its own yesterday and today I did one and two loved it tomorrow I will do 4 and 5! Love these so much! I try to do atleast 30 Min of whatever it is! Thank you!!
This was my favourite workout if the week Jacinta. I really enjoyed the single leg glute bridge with the wave. And the curl up with the arms overhead. Even though I don't have a bar the equipment I have made this week possible, with some inventive modifications. My legs and glutes have definitely had a good workout this week. Thank you. 👍 😊
@@FlossontheMill well it made a change and I enjoyed rising to the challenge for the modified bar but didn’t find it as effective as the usual Pilates with weights etc and the bar was a bit tricky to hold and uncomfortable at times! Will just use resistance bands on their own!!😊🤩
@@jennifermary2350 I did actually enjoy the change. My leg muscles definitely felt they had been through a workout by the end of the week. Even though the classes were short, I thank had I had the equipment I would have felt more comfortable and the class would have flowed more for me, giving me the chance to concentrate on the exercise rather than adjusting my bands etc. I'd like some more like this. I'm still cogitating buying a pilates bar 🤔. I can see the benefits for sure.
Bar challenge completed - liked the straight leg pulse to the back and the twisted rear lunges. Also liked the single leg glute bridge👍Don’t think I will be buying a bar but quite enjoyed the change. I had ankle weights on this one. Thank you Jacinta for this challenge🙏😊
I’m so proud of myself for completing the challenge. My favourite exercise was the c-curve roll back. I hope you’ll consider making more pilates bar content.
I have just started doing your bar workouts and am loving them (not sure my glutes love me but thats ok) ... i have so little core strength at the moment so the VSnap move was impossible. Are there options/mods for people who are "sit up" challenged?
