This 15 minute relaxing yoga class will help stretch and release lower back tension. Please note this class is not intended for back injuries. You can do this yoga stretch anytime of the day for a quick relaxing break or to de-stress and unwind before bed. As always, skip any poses that don't feel right or modify if and when needed.

The first time I did restorative yoga was your 30 day restorative yoga challenge a few years ago when I was early in my sobriety. It helped me sleep, I had troubles sleeping my whole life. I finally actually slept it was the best gift ever! I’m still here very often and still sleeping and still sober ❤ Thanks so much Bird for everything you do! Namaste 🙏🏼 nothing better then yoga with bird before bed ❤

I woke up to horrible pain from my coccyx and knew nothing could help in terms of pain release but you -I did the 5 minute morning yoga just to test the waters and then came to this. A lot of the pain has been released. Your videos never fail me, thank you ☺️

Bird I appreciate your videos so much. I have an inner ear disorder and head positions are tough for me. I can't watch or perform so many yoga videos because they will give me vertigo. Yours are very gentle and agreeable with my condition.

My lower back NEEDED THIS. Tysm, i used to do yoga daily with your videos. Unfortunately, i stopped doing yoga a couple years ago and now i really wanna go back to doing it daily. It truly does wonders.

I owe you a hundred ❤’s and thank you’s. I’ve been practicing this lower back yoga routine every day for weeks after pulling a muscle in my lower back. It’s the only thing that relieves my pain and today I am more pain free than I’ve been. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.

I have been with lower back pain and sciatica that had me in despair, no medication helped me and the therapies hardly helped me. I found this exercise and I have been doing it for 2 days and both pain has gone down by 90%. Thank you, thank you very much❤❤❤
