We are doing upper body today! These are so challenging for me but I never neglect upper body, you only get better the more you practice. Working out all muscle groups is important if you want to burn calories and look more toned overall.
Here is a break down of today's workout:
1) Plank Walk In & Outs to Shoulder Taps
2) Push ups to Row
3) Tricept Dips
4) Rows to Flys
6) Pronated to Regular Shoulder press
7) Squat Punches
