We are working out that core today! Theses workouts are going to target our entire core, strengthening those ab muscles and helping us get leaner in our mid section. (Please note: a good diet along with working out will help you see results faster)
Here is our workout today:
40 seconds of work, 20 second break!
1) crunch with punches
2) plank crunches - knee to elbow
3) alternating reverse crunches
4) straight leg bicycles
5) plank knee taps
6) leg lift abductions
*repeat this twice!
