This is a short sequence focused on helping people recover from a caesarean/caesarean section/ c-section birth experience.
I suggest waiting about 10 weeks to start any extra movement post birth, following a c-section; please always check with your care provider before you start to exercise following birth.

If you have had a caesarean birth, I highly recommend that you try yogaleggs.com/ leggings. Their high rise leggings are so comfortable and do not irritate or press upon a horizontal c-section scar. The leggings I'm wearing in this video are some of my favourites!

Thank you so much for this video. I haven't had a csection, but i did have a partial hysterectomy about 10 years ago. I don't exercise and most "easy" workouts are so intimidating. But you made this so easy. So so easy. I've been doing this stretch routine everyday for 3 weeks and i already can feel the difference. I feel good after doing this, i feel like i can do more soon. I can get on and off the floor more easily now! The confidence boost, knowing that i can exercise at an appropriate level, that i can succeed, has been so good for me. So again, thank you so much! ❤

Thank you very very much! I'm 2 weeks after a c-section type of operation and I needed to move, stretch and show love to my body but was not quite ready for the majority of after-c-section videos out there. Nice, gendle, warming up exercises!

I haven't worked out in a long time. I didn't think i was out of shape, but after my cesarean, I am really feeling like my posture and pelvic floor are in bad condition. Never mind the obvious core muscle! This was actually pretty difficult to do... in a good way. I actually feel so much better after this. I am feeling motivated to do this daily for a while before moving on to more difficult workouts.

Thank you so much for this exercise and your knowledge. I loved how you explained every move in detail. I am 11 weeks post c section and went in to fat too hard in week 5 which caused further pain in hips and back. This is perfect to rehabilitate myself back into movement. Thank you so much xx

I’m from Japan and so grateful for your video❤ I tried this yoga on the right day after surgery and the next day, too. Doctors and Midwives are really surprised to see how I walk easily 😂 This is worth trying for every mom who undergoes C section.

10 weeks post c section (second c section) and I never did any specific c section recovery first time round I just waited 6 months and went back into bootcamp and spin and I don't think that helped at all. Is it OK to continue doing this daily until I am 6 months out or should I do this for a month and then move onto a slightly more detailed post c section recovery? Can I do post c section pilates alongside, as in alternate days or just stick to this for now? Sorry for all the questions but I really want to heal properly this time. I am pairing this with c section scar massage and lymphatic drainage massage. Thanks in advance ❤

I would not recommend that you start any exercise until at least 12 weeks following a c-section, and please get the all-clear from your healthcare provider before exercising.

I would usually advise to wait until 10 weeks after a surgical birth to start a yoga practice. Always get the ok from your healthcare provider before resuming any exercise after surgery. Wishing you a healthy recovery 🙏❤

It will help tone and strengthen the abdominal muscles but is not necessarily ‘fat burning’ it is important not to do so much after CS though so pls take your time xx
