@@sammyjsamanthafields4273 Congratulations on the birth of your baby! If you are not in any pain in any particular muscles and have had no complications following the birth, then you can follow this video and enjoy the stretches. However, I am not your doctor or a doctor, and I do not know anything about your birth or pregnancy, so if you have any pain related to the birth or pregnancy or any previous injuries, you are best to speak to your doctor first. Thank you for finding my channel and checking out this video. Enjoy the movements and let me know what you liked about the video.
Before giving birth I was in practice consistently for two years. This was my first yoga practice 6 weeks after a pretty traumatic emergency c section. It was exactly what I needed! Thank you. 🙂
I'm a first time mom breastfeeding my 9wo and my body is in a world of new aches and pains. This stretch hit in all the right places, thank you so much!
Her voice sounds like that neighbor who brings over green bean casserole ❤ love this routine. 11 weeks PP and been working out a lot. My body needs this!
YES! I wasn’t even made aware that there is special consideration with postcare after delivery. I delivered twins and one was a c-section and no one has been able to explain why I still don’t feel normal thank you! ❣️
Thank you @Tropic Coils for sharing this, yes I agree with you and I am going to provide more tips and advice on post care after c section delivery and vaginal delivery on this channel. Do let me know what other videos you'd like. Enjoy my channel and thank you again for coming by.
Yes! The stretches in this video felt so good. I used to do prenatal yoga every day but it was hard to continue postpartum exercises after giving birth and caring for the baby. Starting slowly with this set to ease back into doing yoga daily (hopefully!)
Yes! I'm 2 months post partum with my 7th baby and needing these exercises more than ever to keep mothering! Thank you for making a channel that is exactly what I need!
@Jessica Cinefro, thank you 🙏🏽 for your lovely comments, I'm thrilled you've found my channel and these stretches made you feel good 😍. Would you like more stretch videos like this?
This felt awesome! With limited time to myself these days, it's so tempting to think that I can only afford routines that burn a lot of calories or heal my abs. Doing this routine was a great reminder that stretching can be worth every minute. Thank you!
Hey @Hadil 🙏❤️, thank you for watching and following my video and for being here. Thrilled you enjoyed the stretches. I would love to know what other videos/exercises you'd like here? Please would you let me know here if there is an area you'd like to target or what other videos you'd like me to make so I can make it's what you need?
I loooooooove this stretch! I'm a new mum and so in love with my little one but I've never had this kind of body pain before 😅 lucky to stumble upon your channel! Thank you and keep it up! 💜
@Rachelle Anne Villahermosa 😍 thank you you’ve made my day! Congratulations on becoming a mum ❤️👏Your lovely comment is the reason I make these videos and I’d love to know what other kinds of exercise or stretch videos you’d like post baby? Plus I’d like to help you be pain free!
YES!!! Really enjoying your videos. So informative as well. After having my twins 2 years ago i have always struggled with a bad back so finding the right exercise for me has been a challenge. I now understand why from watching your videos. Thanks you
Yes! So keen for flat tummy guide please!! I found this stretching sooo helpful. 4 months postpartum and struggling to do any exercise as I'm so tense and sore 😂😅 I'm a nurse so was already a bit tense pre baby but it's nothing compared to now! I love how gentle these stretches are but feel so good. Great way to ease into exercise again!
I'm responding a little later than I'd have liked @Michaela, however I'm SO happy you found my video and enjoyed releasing your tension. Try to keep doing the stretches on this video which you can follow daily. Consistency is the key! Do check back in and let me know if there are any other stretches you'd like?
Hiya I really like this video you are great, today is going to be my first streching exercise routine after 3months having a C-section. Thanks very much you explaining so good this video, really helped me 🙏🙌💖🤗 I'm interesting in the copy for flat tummy aswell please 😉 God bless you

@@BumpandBeyond The neck going towards the shoulders (the head down stretch with elbows helped) and my back 🥹. I have a bad habit of slouching when breastfeeding so the stretches gently gave me relief.
@@TlangiBaloyi That is great to know and helps me with knowing what kind of videos to create. Thank you for responding and keep consistent with this video as it will help you relieve breastfeeding aches.

@Paulien Timmer 🙏, I designed it with the focus on the upper body, lower back and hips. If you'd like another one to do on different days for the legs, hips and waist, let me know below 👇. Thanks for watching!
It's individual and depends on your recovery. If you are not suffering from any bleeding and have had some rest then you'd be good to try them. If you experience any pain then stop and if the pain persists call your doctor to get it checked. You will need to take responsibility and make sure you do not have any previous injury / medical reason that may prevent you from doing these stretches or any other exercise program.
@ Margo Gomez, it depends what you want to achieve after your c section. The intention of this video is to provide stretches and release to tight muscles after having a baby. It is suitable for those who had a c section and can be done at any time after a few weeks after birth. Please note I am not a doctor so I do not know your personal exercise history or birth circumstance. If you have any injury or have not healed your scar please take the advice of your doctor first. If you have been advised not to exercise by your doctor, you should also take that advice. Otherwise I'm sure you will love these stretches! Enjoy.
@pepeljuga - yes you can, the stretches are gentle. If any of the stretches feel like they are pulling or straining your c section scar, leave that exercise and move onto the next (fast forward). Thank you for checking and enjoy the video. Congratulations on your new baby!
Thank you for the feedback, taking your comment on board, I can make another video which provides stretches without being on the knees, if you want to stretch and release, which is the intention and benefits of this video. If you are after relaxation movements, this video wasn't intended to achieve that, so I will look to producing a relaxation exercises for postpartum. For you, and other mums/moms that want a boost, it would help me to make the appropriate video if you would clarify what you mean or would like by that. For example, an energy or vitality boost?
