This dudes combos are great, but I've noticed that every shoulder workout has only 1x workout for "Side Delts"! I know DB presses target all 3 heads, but did his 10min shoulder workout x2 today, and out of 10 full exercises had: 3x DB press variations 4x Front Delt Raise variations 2x Rear delt excercises 1x Side delt excercise (Wide Upright Row) Now I see this and notice he does only 1 also, but it's half as many exercises so it doesn't stand out as much here, but man, I annihilated my front delts today but barely even got a pump in my side delts... Wonder if he just isn't a fan of Lateral raise variations or what.... 🤔
Just one week of consistently doing these workouts in combo with my cardio and meal prep, and I’m down 3.4 lbs 😊🙏🏼 by far the best workout channel I’ve found on RU-vid 🫶🏼
@@mordecai3366 ok... "NO calories" is wrong, they def burn calories, yeah its def not anywhere enough for the results mentioned. anyway tho, what matters more is that she did them, W.
@@mordecai3366simple thing is, cardio is done after the weightlifting if your goal is fat loss and muscle growth. And it is done before weightlifting if your goal is endurance.
I am just starting out on this strength building journey at 47, and I appreciate your coaching. You are now the only man I follow. 30-45 minutes on the Peloton and then one of your videos. I appreciate the 15-20 minute segments on a specific muscle group with lighter (20) weights. My next investment will be an incline bench. Your videos are easy to follow, clean to listen to, and encouraging. From a school teacher to a strength teacher, thank you.
This guy is my go to for finding new routines to my already existing ones. This dude keeps it simple and sticks to the basics and I've been going to the gym long enough now to know that the basics are still the superior exercises. Except for deadlifting, thats killer as fuck. Keep it up dude
Long time I was looking for similar workout and started making own video for myself. But when I saw your video - I can say it is the best workout video I ever saw. Not watered down - only needed information. Screen showing all needed - what is coming, how to do exercise and more.
Well I ran into this video out of curiosity and man I am glad I did. My back and shoulders have been worked and it’s been awhile since I had something like this. I only finished 70% of this workout but I’ll be back till I can finish 100%.
I'm 60 yrs old I can't keep up with u yet but u gave me some new goals with u video bro also can't do twenrys YET. notice word yet! Thx u from Houston TX

Banging im burning real good and only takes 15 mins thank you owner of the channel from me here in wales u.k🏴 ❤ONE LOVE ❤ to you and everone here thats come to train:)
Brother I love these type of exercises but I want you to make video like 4-5 sets of exercises for each muscles with dumblles. These 10 or 15 minutes workout I totally appreciate 🙏
Midas, are you not a big fan of (isolated) Side Delt excercises? Your workouts are amazing and I felt that ALL have had each muscle group having each area hit equally, BUT, these shoulder videos tend to be VERY "Front Delt" oriented. While I know DB presses hit all 3 heads, I did the 10min shoulder workout today (2x) and approx 75% of it targeted Front Delts the most. Out of 10 excercises: 4x front raise excercises 3x (frontal) shoulder press variations 2x rear delt excercises (being you cover those with BACK its cool) 1x isolated side delt excercise which was the "Wide upright row"... I always look forward to a nice pump on the lateral delts and engaging them directly and had to improvise Round 2 to achieve that. In the place of the standing reverse flys, I did Partial Lateral raises with double the weight to pre-fatigue them, then on 1 Rear and 1 Front Delt excercise I subbed them out for standing and leaning Lateral raises, being I (personally) can always do rear delts on Back day which is coming next so was no biggie. Just figured I would mention, unless youve developed your Lateral delts without many isolated excercises for them...
Keep doing what you do Midas! Would love to see you shine more and be more comfortable on screen! I'm lucky to be your subscribers before you hit the big 1m!
Midas my brother I have been doing this shoulder workout for the past 4 months and have noticed significant results. However I have also recently been experiencing some neck and back pain when I went up from doing 15s to 20s... Any tips or advice on how to prevent neck or back issues? I stretch before and after but still seem to be injuring myself more frequently now with the 20s even though it doesn't seem like a huge jump in weight for me.
Great workouts Iove the biceps one too it's brilliant keep up the great work the video is really great to follow just press play & it's like working with a personal trainer really motivating for someone who's excersising by themselves keep the videos coming thanks for your help makes my workouts more focused as they can see the correct execution of the movement brilliant 👌
Are you pushing with power directly from your chest? It’s easy to push the weight with your arms. Mind muscle connection is a great way to connect your weight lifting with whatever muscle you’re training. Also, try flexing at the top of your chest exercises for 2-3 seconds
