For the past month I have been doing one of your follow along home workouts EVERY night and it is the PERFECT way to get a little extra movement in after my computer-desky job, so PLEASE do more of these as they are so perfect and your commentary is amazing and I literally don't do any follow along workouts from any other youtuber. I also listen to your regular videos one after another while I'm working out at the gym just because I LOVE your vibe and energy, so really any of your videos are amazing and I'm so grateful (because the pressure to post content is probably really intense) so thank you for everything!! Since discovering you I have gotten super inspired to be into fitness and it has changed my life for the better!!!! Not to brag but I am somewhat ripped haha its pretty awesome being muscular and female so thank you for being a fitness icon!!!
Nice! As a beginner in fitness it's nice to have these kind of videos! Especially when inflation makes gym memberships and fitness subscriptions that much more financially hard. Nice having someone that knows what they're doing walk you through everything. It's something I'd like to see more of. Keep up the great work!! 😊
Your movements in this video, dropping into those leg articulations, is soooo very much like Telemark skiing. Nordic , freeheel, high speed, downhill skiing. I did the routine you're showing, not nearly as expertise like, as you, back in the 80's. It changed my skiing strength, coordination and balance, immensely. Thank you again!
Glad to see you doing more at home workouts! This was a fun addition to my usual hasfit diet. I skipped the jumping lunges cause I felt like my clumsy ass was liable to wipe out and do a header into my weights or something, added some crunches instead

Last year I started to go to the gym bc u motivated me to work hard and at that time I used to watch some of your ab workout, stretching and mobility videos which helped me a lot. I even gained a lot of knowledge from u about supplements, fitness, muscle building etc. Thank you so much for that patty. Btw in about a month or so I will be going to test my deadlift 1rm so let's see if i could pull 5 plates. I know I can't but still I will give it a try patty. Even though I do progressive overload, bodybuilding, a few strength blocks here and there, I find this incredibly engaging and fun. Basically like a Patty led version of Bodyshaping or Co Ed Training episode. I like it. A great follow along for any experience level.
I like these kinds of videos, even though I rarely work out at home, you'll never know when you won't be able to go to the gym. So these videos give you a pretty good idea of what you can do with no equipment.

Iv always wanted to get in shape. I started a new job in January that keeps me active and Iv actually lost 60 lbs without really trying. Then you showed up in my recommended and I’m absolutely determined to do even better in 2025.
I’m severely disabled and I take things from different workout videos and modify them for use in therapy (aquatic and land). Thanks for some great ideas! Love your videos!
I copied a body weight routine like this during covid and got into the habit of doing 200+ squats a few times a week. Built up crazy endurance for cross country skiing. I've been looking for a new one to get myself back into it after years of struggling to exercise and this is perfect !!

When I was in college, I spent thousands of hours reading books📕 Doing great damage to my neck, lower back, and posture. Little did I know, I should’ve been standing on them and doing squats.
thanks for not muting your breathing. it gives a good sense of the amount of effort these exercises entail. one question: if there's a bodyweight exercise we can't do, and bands would rob us of the most important part of the exercise (i.e. pull ups), how would you approach doing the exercise? Is losing weight the most obvious path? You started quite fit. what if you hadn't? thx

I am looking forward to try these exercises when I work out at home if I can't make it to the gym, Some exercises I have never tried before and I think doing those workouts will help me work on my balance and stability since I'm trying to improve on that and I feel like I am so far! Yesss please do more videos going into depth about form and how to preform the workout. I watch other peoples videos and theyre just showing you what theyre doing not giving any actual instruction like b how tf am i supposed to know if im doing it right or wrong
