Wow! I usually prefer your dumbbell strength workouts, but I was craving barre today. I typed Larie Midkiff Barre in the search box and this came up. I loved the added challenge to pull the leg in & not tap it. I especially love how great my upper back feels now. Saving this to favorites! You never disappoint, Larie!! Thank you!❤
I love your continuous cardio workouts! I definitely felt the second half in my soul as well 😆 Thank you for sharing when stuff is hard for you as well, it's helps with perseverance. I will definitely be doing this one over a bunch 💪🏼💦❤
I’ve done this one a few times, but today- after the last two days of a big out of state move- wow did this feel good! I actually woke up and was looking forward to doing it. My back feels so much relief. As always, thank you!
Ahh hope that discomfort goes away for you soon! Instead of Superman’s/swimmers try prone Y raises / prone around the worlds. Keep your head and your feet on the ground the entire time. This is great for mobility and it is quite humbling. (Prone Y raises - make a Y with your hands, pause at the top, similar to a Superman but you’re not adding spinal extension, prone around the worlds - same concept but lift your arms forward and then slowly take your arms in a semi circular motion until your hands are behind your back or close and then take it forward)
I always love this cardio workout so much! This is one of your best, Larie! 👍 It's so challenging, and just what I wanted this morning! 🔥I'm so sweaty right now, and pleasantly fatigued. 💦😅 Thank you again for kicking my butt! 😁
Thank you! Your workouts are always very intense and especially have a beautiful and intelligent sequence. I mostly follow the TRX workouts, but the bodyweight ones are also really strong. Thanks! A hug from Italy.
