Thank you so much for your video! After spending half my day sitting at a computer and the other half cooking, cleaning and caring for my kids I feel Stiff and inflexible:( I ache just getting out of a chair :( I would love to start yoga but feel I need to work on my flexibility first, these exercises are just what I need to get started... small steps

I want to be flexible I am a bigger woman and I don’t have that much strength in my legs. I tried regular strength exercise without the strap and was unable to do it. My goal in the end is to not use straps and be able to be flexible on my own any tips?
