hey i used to feel the pain at the starting doing biseps and triseps but now the pain is not that much while doing these exercises and I'm concerned if I'll get any gains or not or should I increase the time cause I cannot increase the weight rn(and yea I'm a beginner)

Love your workouts, been using them for 4 plus years. After a few years the music gets super annoying. Would love it if you had the same stuff with the timer, your instructions but no music. Just so I could vary the tunes :) Thanks for everything.

@@midasmvmt Hi. The speech is very quiet compared to the music so with the volume up loud enough to hear what you are saying the music then booms out and is uncomfortable
On day 17 of Gogeta 30 day workout. Been very consistent and I’m happy with that. Now when doing this workout I honestly did every exercise straight through with a little more ease than when I started. I didn’t “feel the burn” as much as I would have liked to. What should I do ???? Ps. I love ur videos man. I’m was 243 and now down to 230 with ur videos and meal plans. It’s all in your mental !!!!!!!!
At first when I did the arms workout I was lifting around 9lbs on both dumbbells but all together I was lifting around 18lbs. So I had kept doing this for like 5 weeks on end then I upped it up to 14lbs on both dumbbells so together I had been lifting 28lbs and at that point this workout had started to get a bit hard but I pulled through and did it. 😅

I want to ask you a question. For abs, should you workout for 6 days, and have atleast 1 day of rest? I feel like if I rest for 1 day, I'll gain body fat. (Which I shouldn't, because I have a high metabolism, and I'm very active outside of working out.) Just need some advice so I don't cause injures to myself because of no breaks. -Alex!
Btw I'm making serious progressions because of your ab workouts. I have a beautiful six pack, and this ain't no automated bot, this is a real 14 year old. I started skinny, underweight. I followed your diet plan, gained a healthy 4-5 pounds, (healthily) because I was almost too much underweight, and I've made serious gains and my abs are sorta popping! Still got work, but thanks. :)
Btw, thank god for my genetics. One day before all of this (about 4-5 months ago), I was laying on my parents couch and noticed six small little bumps just below my peaks, I did lots of Ab Situps, which now-a-times, aren't verh affective, but making little progress. Started reaserching diets and workouts, diets on the internet are bullcrap, and your beginner workout appeared on like the 4th video under the videos tab on Google, and here I am! Started 4 months ago on your ab workouts and diet plan, I've made serious, healthy moves and improvements all thanks to you! I'm also finally old enough to enter the gym(btw I'm in Canada too, Ontario to be exact) and I may be your biggest fan!
