Covid pneumonia survivor here, I have been blessed to be able to regain my strength and learn how to walk and use my muscles after being in the icu for 3 months. I can't finish this video but I do my best and I try to do at least 8 minutes of it everyday. I'm in pulmonary rehab so I know 1 day I will be able to finish this workout :) consistency is key!
I wish you continued recovery, and I pray you will come back even stronger than you were before! Just listen to your body, rest when you need to, but keep moving as much as you can every day.
Has Fit is a blessing to me from the Lord! Most exercise programs or videos are so ridiculously hard that you would need a chiropractor or some type of emergency crew standing by afterwards! You have taken the time to make exercise routines for people of different ranges of ability. I suffer with osteoarthritis especially in my neck and back. I have tried some of the sit down workout on the days when I'm in pain. I get my heart rate up just as much as the standing cardio videos. And I love the weight lifting and toning that you offer in short bursts! And closing thank you so much for being creative and thinking about everyone's Fitness level!
I haven't done this yet, paused video just to say that i LOVE that you guys do a preview of the workout! That is so helpful. I hate getting halfway through a video and then things get crazy or extreme & I wasnt prepared lol you guys are amazing. *ok back to the workout*

Thank you! Finally a low impact and standing exercise my obese body can do! Usually low impact exercises have squats etc some really difficult and impossible moves for me, but not this one.

YAAAAY! A workout where I actually feel like I’m doing something but can also follow along without excessive breaks! 😭 I have always been around 50 pounds overweight, but in 2018 when I quit my toxic job, I fell into a deep depressive episode for several months and gained an additional 50 pounds. I’ve struggled to even maintain my weight, forget trying to lose it - but my husband and I have made the decision to get pregnant within the next few months, so I’m aiming to shed a few pounds for a healthy pregnancy. This is exactly what I needed. I smoked heavily for 15 years, and though I quit in 2017, my lung capacity remains so terrible that higher-impact cardio is just a no-go, and other low-impact videos I've found require greater coordination and balance than I have. It's wonderful to find a workout that doesn't leave me tripping over my own feet, and I look forward to adding this to my weight training routine.

I just started back exercising after I broke my leg in four places. It has taken me three years to stand without help with a walker or cane. I almost finished the entire video today I try again tomorrow. You both are great, looking forward to more, passing you along.

You propably won't see this... BUT 😃😃😃 You guys keep me motivated... I started in January at 120 kg on the dot. Now I weigh 94 kg... I'm so proud of me.. sometimes it gets so hard to push yourself for yourself. But if I look at my before and after pics, buying FINALLY smaller clothes and feeling great it is all worth it. There is nothing wrong with being a plus size woman... but it is when you are not comfortable in your own skin. Feeling quilty eating fast food and stuff.. now it's just a celebration. I work in retail and I walk a lot!!! I swim once a week.. and try 2 times a week strenght and 1 time cardio... but my weight stays now at 94... Eating less and all.. do you have any tips?? Ramona congratulations! We're happy to hear you have seen results through your own effort and dedication! I would suggest adding more cardio into your routine. and keep eating the same amount of food. That should put you in a caloric deficit. This means your body will use fat stored in your body as energy since it has no energy coming from food sources! Hopefully that makes sense! My sister just had a video chat workout with me,she's lost 31 lbs with her committmemt,i am 43 and always been thin,but over the years i put on about 20 lbs and can see it on my belly. Amazing work, having both versions of the exercises at the same time, and the option to do them with or without weights adds a lot of flexibility. Not to mention it also includes warm-up and stretching. It's everything I was looking for in a routine! Brilliant!
I did this after feeling guilty after eating a large meal. I usually have a long walk after I eat and I don't want to do anything extreme unless I spend at least 1hr 30 so I don't feel nauseous. (I can't walk anywhere because I'm quarantined) But this was truly low impact and I didn't need to wait too long after I ate and I really appreciated the preview lol. Thank you!

Getting back into working out and this was such a nice find in so many ways! Im getting back into working out, and are rather out of shape... This work out pushed me, but also didn't completely knock me over. I could follow along, feel the burn, but didn't feel like I was completely destroyed afterwards. In addition: I am often nocturnal so this is a work out I can do without waking up the entire family! This is a great workout too, for people who don't have a lot of equipment and space to work out. Overall, perfect!! Thanks so much!
I last watched these two 3 years ago... fast forward to 2021 due to chaotic life, I gained 15lbs. I didn't feel the change until I went for a doctor's checkup. Immediately felt the shame because I was proud of my weight 3 years ago. Today... not so much

I am just about 70 years old and find this 15 minute cardio workout great. In my earlier days, I really worked out at the gym with machines and the stair master. I can't do that anymore, but feel this workout is so doible. Thanks.😊

I've been working out to these video and they've gotten me into some really good habits. It helps a lot that it's easy to find workouts that don't require a lot of space or equipment. That being said, I feel a little weirded out when they refer to people watching as their "tribe".
I'm grateful to hear you've experienced results that have helped you create good habits. From Merriam-Webster, a tribe is "group of persons having a common character, occupation, or interest." The HASfit Tribe is a group of people all working together to get fit.
I really love your videos. I am out of shape and need to drop some pounds. I also find it hard to work out with my 2 and 5 year old, but they love to join right in with these workouts! I really appreciate Claudia's versions most of the time, but sometimes try Coach's harder variations!
As always, this one was challenging and effective. I appreciate the good instruction for proper form and breathing, as well as the encouragement and adapting to make it my own.
I love the breathing reminders! I have always struggled with pacing my breath correctly with the move I am doing. It seems like it should be intuitive, but I get mixed up, and it helps so much to have you reminding me where I should be inhaling and exhaling when I've forgotten. Easy to follow workouts that make sense! Been following for a while, and I love your videos. Thanks, guys!
Went to the dr yesterday I’m down 10lbs!!! You guys really changed my life I broke my knee in 2017 they were about to amputate it I’m only 26 I was over weight and my ligaments went out on me crack my knee in half!!! But your workouts work for my disability your wife is my blessing thanks for showing an easy side for people like me!!!

There is no specific food that helps you lose belly fat. If you want to lose fat you need to be in a caloric deficit. That means you burn more calories than what you eat throughout the day. I participate in a 6 mile walk every October and prepare for this by power walking 3 days a week/3 miles per walk. Unfortunately, in the past I gave up walking when the weather turned to rain and storms. This year I was determined to keep my cardio workouts going all year long. I found this workout; I've done it 4x now, replacing my walks on days with nasty weather. It's perfect! Now, I can alternate with the Beginner 15-minute workout. I also have my diet in place so I can get through Fall and Winter continuing to keep my body in shape. Thank you so much for your content!
I am back at it after another bought of getting off track of which I'd love to break this cycle and at least do no less then 3 workouts a week but of course I want to do more with y'all, and others who do low impact for no more then 15mins for people like me with disabilities. I also include beginner pilates and YOGA and also strengthening by others with Theraband. If you can provide more low impact videos at 10 and 15 mins only, some of us would greatly appreciate it if possible.......without HIIT training. I used to be super fit (yoga 4 times a week, running, biking) and now I'm at a place in life where I haven't worked out seriously for like 2 years. Needed a slow intro again and this was great. Not working out to lose weight but more to stay active. I worked up a sweat and feel much better. Thanks guys! Will stick with it
