My husband and I have been doing your workouts for almost 2 months now. I was at 159.2 lbs when we started and my husband was at 175.5. Matched with proper diet, I am now down to 146 lbs and my husband at 157. You're really amazing. Thanks so much.

As someone who struggles with being active I really appreciate these low impact standing workouts. I don’t like when instructors spend most of the class jumping, on their wrists in plank, or on their tailbone in boat. I keep coming back to your channel because I don’t have the risk of injury or discouragement and don’t have to sacrifice good form and calorie burn. Please, for people like me, keep up the excellent work! 💕

I'm a 71 year old woman who is now sheltered in place, so no YMCA for me. HASfit has been wonderful for me to stay on my fitness routine. I have been doing the low impact cardio with 3# weights.

My 69 year old friend who has a fused spine had been doing your Senior workouts regularly for a few years now and they have done her so much good. She has now converted me to Hasfit cardio workouts as I am 50 plus and still fit and flexible I do the intermediate to advanced. These workouts are great I can really feel my body has worked out after these especially my butt! I love the advice you give about alternating the weights too as well as correct posture etc. You both work so well together and give us everything we need. Thank you!

I really liked this workout, but I felt that the exercises in the cardio part were extra long compared to some of your other workout videos. I found myself struggling to finish to the end of most. The abs section was great. I loved that!

This was a HUGE Help for me today! Apres Turkey Day! Ive been SOOO committed to trying to tone up my waist and tummy while continuing to strengthen core and body with weights for a CONTINUOUS past 8 weeks....still a ways to go - but at 68 years old...it seems keeping fit is harder than it was in my 40s and 50s! Thanks for putting this awesome workout together! You two Rock!

I love how you are always reminding us to keep good posture during every workout! It has helped me greatly! I catch myself naturally standing up straighter all day, like I’ll be pushing my grocery cart and I’ll hear your voice saying “keep good posture!” Lol

You are awesome. I've been working out with you over a year now. I'm in my 70s and so thankful for the total body exercises I get to do with you in my own home and on my own time. I mainly do the low impact but occasionally venture into hiit and other routines and surprise myself at what I can do. Thank you thank you!

I am a senior, but a pretty active one. I kind of “broke” myself with a couple of horseback related injuries over the space of a few years, starting 5 years ago. I have very slowly been coming back in the last couple of years, doing exclusively yoga. Then I decided I needed more and I started with your seated workouts, then your Senior workouts and now your low impact workouts. I did this one today and had to stop for a water break between segments. I was shaking at the end. I kind of felt like a failure, until I remembered where I started. You two are the very best!

Love your workouts! Just one suggestion: I can't tell when to inhale or exhale during each exercise. If you could tell at the beginning of the exercise when to inhale/exhale, that would be helpful.

Personally this older style video is way way way better than your new format. I can't even stand to watch your new videos truthfully. Almost blinded by the whiteout and brightness of it all. This is much more natural. Just my two bits. Thank you very much for all of this. I love your routines and instruction.

I have been doing Hasfit for several years. They have some great workout exercises - a good mix of cardio and weight training. You can select by workout minutes or by workout group. I have shared these exercises with my sister, brother-in-law, and friends. We all enjoy working out with Coach Kozak and Claudia. We're part of the Hasfit tribe.
