Thank you for this work out. This one was a little bit more wrist friendly than the 20 minute one. Today this was part of my game-day workout: First 40 a 40 minute power walk followed by 25 minutes of mixed body weight workout and finished of with this 15 minute medicine ball work out. Now recover a couple of hours before this little old lady of 46 has to play a volleyball game.

Just discovered these thanks. Getting a VR set actually got me into a fitness routine again as I'm just over people at this phase in my life other than my own. I've had a medicine ball since I broke my arm years ago so these are definitely helping me so routines off the set to my own music until I can get some weights. Great stuff
The great thing about this is, as long as your consistent and continue to do the exercises through most of your week you will see progress! I have seen progress. My work got everyone winter overalls. I couldnt fit in mine when i got them but i can now after a few weeks of working out! My problem is I stop working out as soon as I start seeing changes and don't continue. I'm back though and ready to feel good again. Awesome workout!

This is an excellent video for a number of reasons: it moves quickly, there are advanced and less challenging options, and I love that there is a quick preview before each exercise. GREAT job. I typed in "medicine ball exercises" for my class and got so many ideas. Thank you.

I’m so happy i found y’all. After a back issue for three years I’m back to getting in shape and prefer working with the med ball and stability ball if I’m not on a bike. This workout kicked my ass. Thank you for the modifications on some cause I needed it. Will be subscribing!
Your videos are my go to. A channel my boyfriend and I agree on! I especially like the follow along medicine ball workouts because the dumbbells are overused and draw a crowd. More please! Maybe even stair workouts with verbal cues, jump rope and back specific workouts too. I appreciate you very much and wish you overwhelming success.

Nice video, cheers both! Coming out of the pandemic and trying to get fit (I'm REALLY not at the moment) and overcoming some long term injuries (right knee mostly) and these excersises are awesome! I love these types of workouts more than lifting weights as well, so suits me :D
