This Core Yoga flow engages all the muscles around thighs, hips, stomach, waist and lower back which is CORE. If you are new here, start with 10 minutes Yoga on your bed to prepare your muscles and you are great to go with this flow.

In this flow we will practice 1 set of Suryanamaskara which will start the fat burning fire in your body followed by a simple flow of standing asanas, basic Arm balancing asanas, Prone and supine postures where the focus is completely on engaging the core muscles. Just try to tighten the stomach and hips in all asanas to feel your core. The flow will end with deep breaths allowing your body and mind to feel lighter. Once you finish this flow, practice 5 minutes Nadishodhana Pranayama or 10 minutes guided relaxation.
