this is exactly what i needed. i was on the verge of spiraling down the "have i just been kidding myself all this time?" rabbit hole. i came on here looking for advice on how to start a personal statement, thinking i could just power through, but this was exactly what i needed instead.

Wow, this was so so helpful. I never write comments for RU-vid videos, but I just had to write one after watching this because it just made me feel so much better, knowing that other students are going through these feelings, and especially hearing such great advice from you....I definitely need more self confidence (in all aspects of my life) and I’m glad to know that it’s something that isn’t impossible to obtain, but rather can be achieved with an alteration of one’s mindset. :D
