Honestly, this is one of the best Wily stage themes in all of Mega Man. Shame the level is so short, gets cut off by Proto Man so the track restarts and is at the end of Wily Wars so you have to play through all 3 games and Wily Tower just to hear it again, but I can say that the tune is so good that it's worth it. Just wish the level wasn't so short though, but whatever I guess.
You can just copy the file onto another file and if you beat Wily Tower you can just use the copied file and copy it again and you don’t have to play through Mega Man 1-3 again
