like your idea that insurance increases the risk of reducing it, but I think your idea further states that sharing to minimize the risk of starvation in the community unity of a village, becoming independent insurance is impossible because in the villages and villages they only carry out routines which in common are the widespread concentration of religious dogma. That's also what makes it difficult for primitive communities to get out of the trap of poverty and hunger. You are very right about Indonesia. Many Koranic rites are promoted but there is a lot of hunger and it is difficult to meet existing needs. Rural communities are only as strong as religious fanatics. To look at what decisions are made on the sole factor of who is literally going to respond to the immediate crisis isn't how health works. Whether it is the decision maker responding to a crisis or the provision of the drug upon the crisis. Again, to provide surgery say on a shitty arm say if your arm is injured is with negative implications. The positivity is in the healing of the arm after surgery. It is the present rather than the history side of things, the surgery is the historical aspect of the body, the removal of the unwanted. Therefore, you are going to heal from recovery you aren't going to heal from deciding. To do surgery as a metaphor on the shitty decision making process must lead to a healing process from a recovery aspect afterwards. Thus, to look at the effect of the surgery upon say an injured arm is to look at effectiveness of the surgery. When you look at treatment you are looking at the effectiveness of the drug when it comes to consideration of the recovery process. If you look at how a surgery for example has an effect upon the condition you are prior to the operation, you need to look at the effectiveness.
